 陳樂融評／「好聲音」冠軍梁博：玩音樂不玩人生

比賽後很少看到他消息的「中國好聲音」第一屆冠軍梁博，被拍到在洛杉磯與「美國好聲音」第二季前16強選手Naia Kete街頭賣藝。
不知是一時技癢，還是固定工作？令網友好奇放著國內白花花人民幣不賺的他，為什麼選擇不走其他選秀歌手被栽培的明星之路？
我想到從「快樂星期天」出道拿下冠軍的台大學生韋禮安，也曾安心低調的繼續念書，沒有挾著選秀光環立刻投身職業歌手行列。
梁博曾說：「不想變成啞巴，就努力增強技術。不想變成廢物，就努力學習知識。做流行不做流星，玩音樂不玩人生。」
被問到出專輯，他強調內容重於形式、規格：「我很喜歡蔡健雅，陳綺貞，你看陳綺貞多火啊，她是一個自由音樂人，音樂在那呢，不用擔心別的，只要能寫出好的歌曲，唱片出的多簡陋大家都會去買，都會去聽。音樂千萬不能變質。」
那樣商業操作沸沸揚揚的節目，竟然也為流行音樂界帶來一個質地如此單純的新秀。
希望他繼續真誠、開心地走下去。

台中市長胡志強23日表示，自己目前尚未決定是否投入中市選戰，但若自己選擇連任，未來一定會參加黨內初選，接受檢驗。〔圖／資料照〕

台中市長胡志強23日表示，自己目前尚未決定是否投入中市選戰，但若自己選擇連任，未來一定會參加黨內初選，接受檢驗。至於民進黨人選部分，他表示這是對方內部的事務，自己不願評論。
2014年將舉行七合一選舉，近來有消息指出，國民黨有意讓胡志強繼續連任，對此胡志強表示，並未收到這樣訊息，但他認為，黨中央現在最需要的就是保持中立，要支持哪一個候選人，應等初選結果出爐、決定國民黨參選人後才可以透露。
他認為，明年國民黨要由誰參選，相信黨內會先經過民調來決定，如果民調結果離初選很近，可能會直接協調出最後人選，當然他也會全力支持代表國民黨的候選人。同時他也推測，國民黨可能在12月進行民調，1月進行協調，然後視協調結果決定是否舉行初選。
另外有消息指出，胡志強為了準備選戰，近期勤跑基層鋪路，對此他回應，自己12年來都在跑鐵人行程，就算明天不當市長了，還是會努力到最後一秒鐘。
至於民進黨部分，胡志強表示這並非他能決定的事情，至少本人要有所表態，否則別人家娶媳婦，怎能由他來表示意見。
目前民進黨已有立委林佳龍、蔡其昌公開表態，不過上屆選舉以3萬票惜敗的前農委會主委蘇嘉全，卻傳出可能不選的消息，不過本人仍未證實。

【綜合報導】台中一名16歲林姓少女暑假想打工，父擔心她安全，送至結識20多年彭姓好友（33歲）的檳榔攤兼賣茶飲，未料誤入狼口，遭乾爹用安眠藥迷 昏性侵得逞，她傳求救簡訊給父親，父率眾且扭送彭男至警局怒斥：「連從小看到大的乾女兒都下得了手，禽獸不如！」
林女清醒後發現自己全身赤裸，乾爹坐在床邊冷笑，驚覺遭到性侵，佯稱要上廁所，偷偷將手機帶進廁所，發出「我在廁所，快來救我，他對我做骯髒的事」的求救簡訊給父親。
彭男在警訊中堅稱，與少女兩情相悅，否認迷姦，警方將茶飲送驗結果，初步研判彭男摻入安眠藥，研判他早就覬覦林女，預謀犯案。全案訊後依妨害性自主罪嫌移送法辦，彭男被法官裁定羈押。
少女遭迷姦示意圖 彭男以混入安眠藥的茶飲，誘騙少女喝下，趁她昏迷時性侵得逞。

 從桌上型電腦、筆電、到手機、平板的設備演變，行動裝置受到更多消費者的使用與歡迎；既然IT設備的主流是輕薄與個人可攜式為主流，半導體製程也追求降低耗能，在使用續航力上的相關鋰電池設計也朝向輕薄化，採用單顆電池芯成為必然趨勢。
既然單顆電池芯成為重要的趨勢之一，自然而然像是筆記型電腦用的4~6顆電池芯設計、以及8~10吋平板的2顆電池芯設計的電池模組需求相對減少。預期未來單顆電池芯將以4.5~8吋的平板、智慧型手機為需求大宗。
單顆電池芯對於模組廠而言，因為電源管理系統較為簡單，毛利率會相對2~4顆並串聯的電池芯模組較低；對於鋰電池模組的台灣、大陸製造廠而言，近年來走向單顆電池芯設計，已是無法逆轉的趨勢。
既然無法改變這一市場的演變，製造廠只能接受。近一年來，國內鋰電池廠已經取得大量的單顆電池芯的訂單，例如智慧型手機、7.9吋小尺寸平板用的鋰電池模組等。
如果還堅守在4~6顆電池芯的筆記型電腦產品上，相關智慧型手機、平板，乃至於行動電源的訂單，也會落入海外同業的手中。加上全球手機、平板銷售量還在成長之中，這也是鋰電池模組廠必然要選擇的產品線。
還記得2006年下半年曾發生過索尼鋰電池芯造成筆記型電腦失火的意外，而陸續召回相關的電池設計，造成當時的鋰電池供應鏈供貨不足，而出現報價大漲。
在上述產業意外事件發生後的近7年時間裡，全球電池芯製造端沒有再發生意外，同時，中國大陸、韓國電池芯產業也都大量擴產，短時間內上游原料產量不容易下降下來，因此除非產業再度發生單一的意外事件，否則報價也不會出現回升；2.2mAh鋰電池芯的報價約站穩在2美元，惟不易漲升。
在上游材料供貨穩定且充足，還有下游客戶大量採用單顆電池芯設計的規劃下，相關台灣、大陸、日本與韓國的鋰電池模組廠未來兩至三年內，應都以單顆電池芯的手機、平板客戶為主。未來的趨勢轉變，只能等採用多顆並串聯的LEV、e-bike（電動兩輪單車）以及四輪電動車產業的興起了。

| 美財政僵局和QE展望 美元疲

美元兌日圓匯率連兩天走軟後，今持續疲軟，因美國政府就債務上限與國會議員角力讓政府運作更接近停擺。
克里夫蘭聯邦準備銀行總裁皮亞納托（SandraPianalto）今天演說前，美元兌16種主要換匯貨幣多數貶值。紐約聯邦準備銀行總裁杜德里（William C.Dudley）昨天表示美國經濟仍需支持。
此外，歐洲央行（ECB）理事諾沃特尼（EwaldNowotny）今天將發表演說，在此之前，歐元繼兩週來最大單日貶幅後，今維持弱勢。
澳洲國民銀行（National Australia Bank Ltd.）駐雪梨外匯策略師勞森（Emma Lawson）說：「市場密切注意美國財政局勢發展。」「在聯準會和美國財政展望雙重影響下，美元短線走勢恐低於整體市場。」
東京時間10時5分，美元兌日圓變動不大，報1美元兌98.71日圓，前兩個交易日累貶0.6%。美元兌歐元報1.3495美元兌1歐元。歐元兌日圓報1歐元兌133.21日圓，昨貶0.7%至133.37日圓。
美元兌歐元本月以來累貶2%，並邁向季線3.6%貶幅。美元兌日圓自8月31日以來累升0.6%，本季季線貶幅收斂至0.4%。
