餐廳名稱：阿西魷魚羹 消費時間：101/10 位置:台北市萬華區昆明街34號 電話:02-23311470 價格:50-90 此次食用:綜合羹 ===================================== 網誌好讀版 http://leopen.pixnet.net/blog/post/55750650 會跑來這吃羹 是看到萬華版上 有個票選十大西門町美食 中 有個林清山魷魚羹 這間名氣蠻大的 但是 有人在下面說 其實正統的是昆明街再繼續走下去的 阿西魷魚羹 看了一夏發現 其實就是台灣小吃很常出現的 系出同門 反正故事很多 就先吃飯吧 雖然說是老店 但外觀算有整理過 招牌也蠻新的 桌上的調味罐 看就知道很有年份 綜合羹 七十元 有點貴 沒關係我們吃下去 這羹的底是白羹 其實台北好像都是這種羹 和我在苗栗與台南吃到的甜羹 完全不同 要說無味到不會 但像這種羹勢必得加上烏醋 才能將味道層次更提升 料蠻滿的 魷魚羹與魚酥羹 魷魚羹到顯得普通一點 羹與魷魚本身 並不算Q彈 倒是這個魚酥 GOOD 好久沒吃到這種東西了 上次吃應該是在台南的時候吧 魚酥味道很足 有點硬 透過羹把魚酥外表泡的稍稍軟一點 就在嘴裡慢慢化開 魚酥這東西真的很好吃就是了 不過以這個價格 我不會太常跑來這吃就是了!! 還有很多老的小吃店慢慢挖! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.94.156

（軍聞社記者林敬傑臺北廿二日電）國防部今天表示，因應「天兔」颱風造成的影響，除規劃待命兵力二萬五千餘人，另分別於第二、三、四、五作戰區預置兵力二千零十四餘人、連絡人員四百卅三餘人。

　國防部指出，國軍第二、四作戰區上午已派遣兵力一千一百餘人、各類輪車一百廿九輛，持續協助臺南、高雄市、屏東、花蓮及臺東縣政府執行災後復原工作；另因應土石流紅色警戒溪流數量可能增加，國軍賡續配合各縣（市）政府需求，派遣兵力協助鄉民撤離工作，另各作戰區已規劃一百一十一處收容營區，可收容五萬三千餘人。

　國防部強調，雖然已解除「天兔」颱風的陸上颱風警報，惟依據中央氣象局資料，臺灣東南部今日仍有出現大豪雨或超大豪雨的機率，且適逢大潮，沿海低窪地區須慎防淹水，對此，國軍已完成人員及救災裝備之部署整備，能夠及時、有效支援各項災援工作，以確保國人的安全。

又一台灣之光！來自台灣的年輕指揮吳曜宇在法國貝桑松國際青年指揮大賽中得到首獎，這是繼1988年現任NSO國家交響樂團音樂總監的呂紹嘉得獎後，第2位台灣人得獎。

吳曜宇不只獲得首獎，還獲得最佳觀眾獎以及樂團獎，集3個獎項於一身。總統馬英九、副總統吳敦義、外交部長林永樂和文化部長龍應台都發賀電向吳曜宇致賀。

在接受中央社記者採訪時，吳曜宇說，得第1個樂團獎沒有太大感覺，得第2個觀眾獎時，也不太意外，因為他還沒指揮時，觀眾就已歡呼了。直到得第3個首獎時，他當下不敢相信，「是真的嗎?」高興之餘他還想會不會太超過，拿3個獎。

不過，吳曜宇表示，興奮沒有維持太久，在酒會上，和很多評審談比賽過程，才知道自己想法太多，卻沒有注重風格等問題，自己覺得程序很好，可是也有很多人不喜歡。

吳曜宇說，「還有很多東西要學」，所以「高興到明天就好」。

吳曜宇強調，比賽完反而較比賽前更緊張，在台灣師承徐頌仁教授，老師就教導指揮不要畫來畫去的，比賽完，很多人說他像畫家，雖然是稱讚他有才華，但他自己知道這是不好的東西，應該要將外在轉為內在。

吳曜宇說，現在甚至要更為戒慎恐懼。

目前仍在國立台北藝術大學就讀碩士班的吳曜宇，是3位進入1/2準決賽的年輕指揮中年紀最小的，24歲的吳曜宇初生之犢不畏虎，一路以自己的想像力，獲得評審的青睞，贏得大獎，除獲得1萬2000歐元獎金和一個手錶外，因為大會與許多世界各地樂團有約，所以他還有許多演奏合約。

2年一度的貝桑松國際青年指揮大賽，是國際著名的比賽，許多知名的指揮家都是在這個比賽中嶄露頭角，今年共有來自5大洲46國的296位15到35歲的青年指揮報名競爭。

第3屆公益彩券將於年底屆期，財政部今天表示，為減輕未續任經銷商失業、轉業期間之經濟壓力，民國98年起即透過發行機構辦理「電腦型乙類經銷商5年期儲蓄保險暨轉業補助方案」，由公益彩券回饋金提撥部分經費，補助經銷商待業期間生活津貼，每人每月自繳800元，回饋金相對提撥832元，期滿預計每人可請領約10萬餘元，相當於勞工保險失業給付之數額。

財政部並另運用公益彩券回饋金補助發行機構中國信託商業銀行辦理9場「公益彩券電腦型彩券經銷商轉業輔導講座計畫」，勞委會並進一步運用回饋金於102及103年度辦理相關就轉業輔導計畫，協助提升就業技能。
