【綜合報導】今年第18號颱風萬宜(Man-Yi)昨天(16日)橫掃日本，造成嚴重災情，許多人擔心福島核電廠滲漏的輻射水，與周圍降下雨水含輻射量的問題。負責營運的東京電力公司(TEPCO)今天表示，福島第一核電站利用萬宜颱風過境，排放了積存在污水儲存罐周邊、輻射濃度未超標的雨水，總量達到1100噸。

東電強調，經檢測，這些積存雨水的輻射量都沒有超過30貝可，在安全範圍之內，才會選擇將其釋放，但釋放後的積存雨水是不是直接流入大海，則無法確認。東電將設法避免再有雨水積存在污水儲存罐周圍。

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院會上午因朝野協商，議事持續停擺，行政院長江宜樺無法順利上台進行施政報告。立法院長王金平中午12點20分宣布因議事錄尚待協商，因此下午2點繼續協商。

據了解，11點35分朝野第二次協商時，在野黨已願意退讓，暫不處理電價緩漲及廢核四的訴求，而江揆道歉、廢除特偵組等訴求，則交回藍黨團內部溝通，下午再繼續協商。
