【綜合報導】蘋果電腦剛推出的iPhone 5c雖然是第一次大玩色彩系列，但似乎銷售狀況並未如預期般轟動，開放預購3天後仍然有貨可訂。不過據美國Apple Store統計，16GB黃色無鎖碼、無合約版，出貨日期會比其他顏色晚5天，相信是最受客人歡迎。

香港知名形象顧問張學潤表示，因為黃色較為搶眼，有「炫耀」的成份，不過亞洲人膚色偏黃較難襯托，但黃色又夠中性，男女都可接受。而另一位香港堪輿專家麥玲玲師傅，從「玄學」角度解構各種顏色的iPhone 5c，「中國人傳統的符咒都是用黃色，所以黃色有辟邪、搶旺作用，確實是個不錯的顏色」。她更教大家用自己出生的季節來選顏色，可以「旺自己」，如白色屬金，旺春天出生、藍色屬水旺夏天、綠色屬木旺秋天、紅色屬火旺冬天等，至於iPhone 5c的黃色就屬淺色系，只要本身不太忌土的人都適合。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】（大紀元記者朱麗婭澳洲悉尼編譯報導）在歷史低位的利率的刺激下，悉尼今年冬天創下了房產拍賣市場最強勁的記錄。聯邦大選的週末更令人驚嘆，以87.6%拍賣成交率創下今年的最高記錄，打破了前一週末84%的最高記錄，同時也達到了歷史記錄的最高水平。

據悉尼晨鋒報報導，賣房者為了避開因選舉造成的注意力分散，拍賣房產數量在前一週明顯增多。儘管房源數量比去年同期多出200多所，但購房者熱情高漲，使得 週末的拍賣結果達到超級水平。大選日拍賣數量有所減少，但賣家的熱情不減，有幾個區的拍賣成交率達到100%，中海岸、市中心、東區、西區和西北區都錄 得最高的拍賣成交率，悉尼內西區的拍賣成交率也達到了90%。過去一個月悉尼平均拍賣成交率達到83.2%。

近日的週末共有545所房產參與了拍賣，這是今年截止目前的週末拍賣數量出現的第二高，今年最高記錄出現在3月復活節前的那一週末，房產拍賣數量高達682所。

悉尼部份地區在前一週末拍賣中成績突出，上北岸的成交率高達93%，西北區和中海岸分別為95%和92%，內西區和南區也表現強勁，成交率達到了86%。

悉尼在過去的8週裡，有7週的拍賣成交率達到80%以上，僅2週前的週末為79%。

繼上個月降息的決定之後，儲備銀行正如市場的預期的，宣佈保持利率不變。低利率將繼續促使悉尼的購房者和賣房者產生大量的市場能量，預計會形成多年來最熱的春季房產市場。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】(大紀元記者韓衡瑞悉尼編譯報導)與世界其它地區相比，澳洲的印花稅是非常高的。印花稅，這項在澳洲最令購房者沮喪的賦稅，在這裡比在絕大多數發達國家都要高。

據澳洲新聞報社報導，UHY會計網在新調查中審查了25個國家的印花稅後，他說：「發現購買高端房產對澳洲人的傷害最大，並且我們所有價位房產的印花稅都偏高。」

降低印花稅是一項比減輕其它賦稅更艱鉅的任務，但房產專家認為，此事也並不是完全無計可施。

UHY的諾頓（Haines Norton）發現一套價值50萬美元（54.5萬澳元）的房產其印花稅為購買價格的3.7%，而35萬美元（38.2萬澳元）房產的印花稅為3.2%。這與兩者差值低於1%的美國以及低於1.3%的加拿大等西方國家差不多。

澳洲人購買價值350萬美元（382萬澳元）的房產將支付購買價格5.3%的印花稅，這是在此項調查中繼印度、西班牙和英國之後該稅率第四高的國家。

一位UHY的合作夥伴和間接稅務專家納紮日（Dario Nazzari）稱，2011-12財政年度省政府的印花稅包括絕大部份房產稅收入超過了12億澳元。

「除了使人們難以步入房地產市場，高額房產購買稅還可能會阻礙人們從事新的跨省工作，」他說。

納紮日說：「人們可以通過在不同省份以及購買不同結構的房產來減低土地稅，印花稅則很難避免，並且他看不到這項費用有很快下調的跡象。因為政府還想用這項收入來填補財政赤字。」

在買家不多的選擇中包括購買稅率較低的便宜房產，或者把目光投向昆省，那裏的印花稅率大約是其它省份的三分之一。

房地產作家、學者兼投資人寇利佐斯（Peter Koulizos）承認，印花稅是一個巨大的屏障，因為它在保證金中佔有很大的比例，並且常常使投資者望而卻步，他們可以買股票而不用繳這樣的稅。

寇利佐斯表示人們可以通過自己建房來減低印花稅。「購買土地，然後建房-你只需繳土地的印花稅，」他說，「如果你是首次購房者則會有許多優惠政策其中就包括印花稅。」

【綜合報導】烏木又稱陰沉木、炭化木，是樹木因地震、洪水、泥石流等原因，埋入古河床等低窪處，在缺氧、高壓狀態以及細菌微生物等作用下，經數百上千年的炭化，所形成的化石，故又有「植物木乃伊」之稱。

中國古代有將烏木作避邪之用，製成工藝品、佛像、護身符等。烏木的價值要看原木的種類、外形、炭化程度等而定，據悉一棵重1噸左右的烏木，市價高達100萬元人民幣，約為485萬台幣。
