大陸官員、學者憂心服貿延宕恐影響貨貿商談進程，海基會董事長林中森回應說，兩岸貨品貿易協議談判協商兩年多，只剩少部分議題待交換意見，與陸方持續溝通，沒有任何延遲，照正常進度進行。

海基會6日舉辦第八屆董監事第八次聯席會議，海基會董事長林中森表示，「兩岸租稅協議」大部分都已經達共識，在第十次會議最大收穫是對台商課稅「不溯及既往」。期待下次會談就能順利簽署。目前文本不能公布，但會就相關問題和台商、陸商說明。

對兩岸租稅協議中的重複課稅問題，海基會會利用中秋節台商返鄉，在18、19日舉辦秋節聯誼活動，並進行相關會談說明，屆時將有近350多名台商、台商會長到場。

林中森說，9月15日，馬總統將要與民進黨主席蘇貞昌舉行電視辯論，談論服務貿易協議，假使有1,000萬人收看，效果相當於舉辦三萬場說明會。正反意見充分表達、討論之後，一定可以讓真相愈辯愈明，消除民眾與立委的疑慮。

林中森11日將率海基會董監事赴大陸訪問，首站為天津，12日赴北京拜會全國政協主席俞正聲，由大陸國台辦主任張志軍、海協會會長陳德銘陪同會見，雙方將就兩岸情勢交換意見。14日轉赴湖南張家界。

大陸海協會長陳德銘表示10月有意訪台，對此，海基會表示，時間點尚未確定，但非常歡迎陳德銘來台。

昨天晚上的時間一到, 開心地找到固定的網址看環西, 結果發現因為當地下大雨的關係, 信號傳送不佳, 所以後來暫時沒轉播。後來, 想到時再回來看, 剛好看到Daniele Ratto騎進終點, 當時也才台灣時間晚間11時出頭而已, 比起先前其他站也給它太早了一些。不過大雨顯然打亂了車手們的想法(可以這樣說嗎?), 才會讓年輕的Ratto(23歲)拿下他的生涯第一座三大賽單站, 倒是Nibali還是穿著紅衫, 只有Nicolas Roche退出GC五名之外…。

據說昨天的一站, 已經導致14名車手退賽, 其中包括大家熟知的Ivan Basso、Luis Leon Sanchez (Belkin)、Roman Kreuziger (Saxo-Tinkoff )和荷蘭國家冠軍Lieuwe Westra (Vacansoleil-DCM)。今天會不會天氣差到像今年環義的第19站一樣, 宣布取消啊什麼的…, 當然是不要啦, 這一站看起來應該還不錯看, 至少也知道一下, 這一站之後, 還有多少車手以各種理由退賽, 開始為接下來的世錦賽做準備…

他裡面有的槍你可以用，但連步槍或狙擊禁止能用的您在cso裡面看應該是

餐廳名稱：一風堂(日本千葉中央店) 消費時間：2013年/05月 地址：千葉市中央区富士見2-9-15 營業時間：11:00~隔日03:00 官網：http://www.ippudo.com/index.html ----------------------------------------------------------------- 圖文網誌版 http://palapalateam.pixnet.net/blog/post/196831904 ----------------------------------------------------------------- 去年風光來台灣開分店的日本一風堂拉麵 當時引起一陣排隊熱潮 也因為在日本免費的醬菜來台灣卻要收費而因起一陣討論 第一次吃一風堂是去年10月去日本晴空塔 跟一蘭拉麵一樣是豚骨口味 而且是很濃郁的豚骨湯頭 濃到我覺得湯喝起來有點膩 我沒有辦法喝太多 第一次吃完其實不是很喜歡 所以也一直沒有想去台北分店吃的慾望 這次因為從海洋迪士尼回到千葉車站已經半夜12點多了 沒有公車可以搭我們只好走路回家 在迪士尼裡面顧著玩的我們 只有吃攤販小吃沒有花時間排隊吃餐廳 肚子超餓的我跟Ding決定先吃路上會經過的一風堂當遲來的晚餐 這麼晚的時間進來一風堂沒想到還是不少人 原來日本人都吃拉麵當宵夜嗎?! 一風堂沒有餐卷販賣機 不過菜單都是漢字 所以點餐可以直接比給店員看就好 不用擔心 擺在桌上的免費辣豆芽菜 餃子(10個) 400円 餃子的底部煎的脆脆的 吃起來很香 稍微沾一點加有辣油的醬油提味超好吃的 朋友說她來3個月最喜歡一風堂的餃子 赤丸新味 800円 因為我不吃蔥所以一樣請他不要加蔥 不要看他辣椒紅紅的一大匙,其實一點都不辣哦 拉麵本身很有彈性 叉燒肉不會太肥 湯看起來就很濃郁,而且其實有一點油 喝多了有點鹹,沒有辦法全部喝完 特製赤丸 1100円 (不得不說加了蔥 畫面配色真的比較好看 ) 他的肉比較厚 但是也不會肥膩,連朋友很怕吃肥肉的都敢吃了 整體來說 一風堂的餃子真的好吃 但是拉麵我還是喜歡一蘭拉麵 一風堂對我來說太油了 不過喜歡濃郁口味的人一定要來試試 2013日本千葉慢活之旅 http://palapalateam.pixnet.net/blog/post/118886944 -- PALAPALATEAM http://palapalateam.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.139.38.161
