【大紀元2013年09月05日訊】（大紀元記者方君華澳洲阿德雷德編譯報導）南澳的又一個礦業項目——位於弗林德山脈的鈾礦日前獲得了聯邦政府的環評批复，工程獲開綠燈。

據廣告報（The Advertiser）報導，該Four Mile項目，作為南澳的第4個鈾礦項目，預計耗資1.1億澳元，由Quasar Resources和Alliance Resources聯合開發。項目被授予10年租賃期，從今年4月起算。

據合資方Alliance Resources稱，聯邦政府的環境保護和生物多樣性保護法（Commonwealth Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act）所要求達到的各項規定都過關了。

上個月省政府也通過了項目的環境保護和復原計畫（PEPR）,計畫涵蓋了該鈾礦項目在開採期間的環境安全管理，以及開採期結束後的環境復原方案。

除環境保護和復原計畫外，環保局（EPA）也批準了Four Mile項目的礦業開採工藝許可（Mining and Mineral Processing），許可包括放射物管理和放射性廢棄物管理方案。

工程關鍵設計、施工和試運行報告將在該鈾礦項目的不同階段呈報南澳省的製造、創新、貿易、資源、能源和環保局等相關部門。

該項目環評批复的消息一經公布，合資方之一的Alliance股價立即上漲了14%至每股16.5澳分。

【大紀元2013年09月05日訊】第70屆威尼斯電影節的展映已進入第七天，競賽影片繽紛登場。而在一些經常光顧影展的影評人和記者眼中，作為電影節鼻祖的「威尼斯電影節」今年不但規模縮小，影片質量也有些下降，其原因，與一些佳片「轉戰」開幕在即的加拿大多倫多電影節有關，但仍有一些作品以充滿新意的姿態亮相。

9月2日，美國著名導演特瑞‧吉列姆（Terry Gilliam）執導的競賽片《零點定理》（The Zero Theorem）舉行首映式。這個「反烏托邦」故事發生在一個「奧威爾式」專制而喪失人性的社會，國家為監視人民、控制思想，將眼線散佈在生活、工作場所和網絡上。

同日首次發佈的片段可見，由奧地利演員克里斯托弗‧瓦爾茲（Christoph Waltz）飾演的計算機天才在街上緊張侷促地行走，所經過的街道牆壁、建築門欄上，喉舌播報如影隨形，重複著「你的夢想就是我們的夢想」的蠱惑之辭，密集的廣告屏幕無處不在……影片視覺風格迷幻癲狂，媒體的評價並不算好。

同日展映的新片《洛克》（Locke）則大受好評，特別是英國影星湯姆‧哈迪（Tom Hardy）的演技。影片故事採取「實時」拍攝方式，講述男主角伊萬‧洛克在接到一通電話之後，他的家庭、工作和靈魂面臨被徹底擊潰。洛克在駕駛汽車同時打出的一個個電話，讓觀眾有如坐在副駕駛座位上，看主人翁的人生層層展開，手法極簡，卻體現出迷人的深度。

【綜合報導】愛爾蘭一名37男子克萊文(Daniel Clavin)，從去年7月開始，過去14個月來不停打嗝，平均每7秒就一次，估計累積打了525萬次，連醫生也束手無策，治療仍在持續中。

克萊文說，去年7月某一天宿醉起床後開始打嗝，至今未停，為他的起居生活帶來諸多不便，嚴重時甚至會呼吸困難、暈倒或嘔吐，晚上有時無法入睡，為免打擾太太，他會到另一間房打個夠。

他試過各種方法，包括求醫，照內窺鏡、電腦掃描、改變飲食習慣、甚至服食鎮靜劑等，全部無用。他也試過傳統民俗療法，包括吃糖喝醋，吹紙袋等，打嗝仍然停不了。目前克萊文決定接受核磁共振掃描，打算找出打嗝真正原因，對症下藥。

從事直銷的徐姓男子，昨天下午2時許，在台北市公園路的麥當勞用餐，不慎將皮夾遺落店內。麥當勞工作人員發現皮夾後，將它送至忠孝西路派出所，值班員警檢視皮夾內證件，透過徐男所屬的金融卡公司聯絡上他。他事後前來領回皮夾，開心地謝謝警察。
