我問過很多20幾歲年輕人，到了幾歲會讓他們覺得自己老了，答案幾乎只有一個，就是30歲！

第二個問20幾歲年輕人的問題是，當自己老了，會讓他們有什麼感覺？答案也很一致，他們會覺得「好些事沒辦法做了……」

好吧，20幾歲還年輕，那麼應該做什麼呢？面對這第三個問題，20幾歲年輕人還是答得很相像，「趕快做一些老了沒辦法做的事啊！」

過了29歲，你就是職場老人

20幾歲時，究竟是哪些事要趁年輕趕快做的呢？大部份都是夢想！20幾歲有理想、有熱情，是最勇於追夢的年齡。

這個年紀的腦子裡，有一個優先順序表，夢想第一，現實第二。當夢想與現實出現糾纏局面時，現實常會被拋諸腦後，拉都拉不住，擋都擋不了，唯一的念頭就是要去追夢！

在20幾歲時，工作不被歸類為夢想，它屬於現實層面，他們知道為了自己好，一定要找到一份好工作，可是在感性的層面裡，工作純屬必要，卻不重要，而完成夢想才是最重要的事。工作與夢想出現衝突時，工作順理成章必須讓位，優先完成夢想。問題是時間不會等人，在短短的幾年裡，要同時做好這兩件事，難免顧此失彼，總有遺憾。

像我坐在辦公室裡，經常有20幾歲年輕人遞上一紙辭呈，理由都和夢想有關：

「我想去非洲當志工一年，奉獻自己。」
「我想去日本學櫥窗設計，讓台灣的小店更具個性化。」
「我想回台中做網購，打造一個像Lativ的品牌。」
「我和朋友要開一家cheese店，再賣我們喜歡的書和CD。」
「我要研發商品，像毛毯衣可以小兵立大功。」

20幾歲年輕人，理當去追求夢想啊！他們經常掛在嘴上的口頭禪是：

「誰說工作最重要？」
「工作不是人生的全部！」
「我們不是工作機器，work hard，也要play hard！」

可是，請注意！從20幾歲到30歲沒有幾年，一眨眼就走到30歲，也就是年輕人說的老了……而且，不只是你自己覺得老了，外界看30歲的你，也覺得老了。

從大陸決定發展航母以來，眾多媒體都預測大陸將發展核動力航母，甚至在『瓦良格』號改裝之時，就有了要改裝核動力的『流言蜚語』。核動力的確有著獨特優勢，但大陸是非要發展核動力航母不可嗎？

世界核動力航母動態

美國已建三個級別福特級將成為新骨幹

根據人民網報導，美國是世界上建造核動力航母最多的國家。到目前為止，美國已經建造了3個級別的核動力航母，包括退役的企業級、正在服役的尼米茲級和即將服役的福特級。

『企業』號核動力航母綽號『大E』，是世界第一艘核動力航母。『企業』號1960年下水，1961年服役，採用8座A2W壓水反應堆，最多可搭載90架各型戰機和5800名船員。『企業』號服役不久就參加了古巴導彈危機中封鎖古巴海域任務，並曾在不補充燃料的情況下環球航行一圈。在長達51年的服役其中，『企業』號先後7次派往參與越戰，多次參與冷戰時期多場地緣政治事件。『企業』號在2012年12月退役，並被全艦拆解。

尼米茲級核動力航母是美國海軍所使用的第二代多用途航空母艦，是目前世界上最大的軍艦，一共有10艘同型艦。首艘尼米茲級航母『尼米茲』號1968年建造，1975年服役，而最後一艘喬治·H·W·布希號航空母艦在2003年建造，2009年服役，整個建造時間跨度超過35年。『企業』號退役後，尼米茲級成為美國海軍現役唯一一級航空母艦，亦為現役世界上噸位最大和綜合作戰能力最強的軍用艦隻。尼米茲級航母最多可搭載90架各型戰機和5600名船員。自問世以來，作為美國海軍遠洋戰鬥群的核心力量，經常作為『急先鋒』被派往世界各海區。

傑拉德·福特級航空母艦是美國海軍最新銳的第三代核動力航空母艦。福特級預計最快會在2015年開始服役，並規劃在2058年之前建造10艘同級艦，成為美國海軍艦隊的新骨幹。福特級航母採用2座A1B壓水反應堆，至少可搭載75架各型戰機和4500名船員。福特級航母相對於尼米茲級，升降台從四座減少至三座，艦島設計具備隱形能力且更為緊湊，有更大的飛行甲板面積，新型A1B壓水式核反應堆發電量為尼米茲級的3倍。

法國陷核動力陷阱『出海時大吹返航時溜回』

美國現役十艘尼米茲級航母的總排水量幾乎達到一百萬噸，已經成為了強大海軍的代名詞。除了美國，法國就是第二個吃螃蟹的人，但可惜的是，法國的核動力航母表現卻差強人意。

『戴高樂』號的建造計劃由於法國政府的改選而一再延後，直到1987年才開始切割『戴高樂』號的第一塊鋼板。之後由於斜向飛行甲板長度不足無法安全起降美製E-2C鷹眼式空中預警機，在2000年又進行了甲板延長改造工程，最後，整個專案耗資800億法郎，比原計劃投資高出了近6倍，預算超支的狀況實在令人瞠目，成為法國財政上的一個巨大黑洞。

財政黑洞只是一方面，『戴高樂』號最受質疑的就是4萬噸的核動力航母高不成低不就，性能飽受爭議。由於法國造船業早已走下坡路，因此當初在法國找不到大型船塢來建造更大尺寸和噸位的核動力航母，只能螺螄殼裡做道場，因此4萬噸的核動力航母載機數量有限，和美國核動力航母性能差距較大，和瓦良格這樣造價更便宜的60000噸航母相比沒有任何的優勢。法國沿用兩具與法國凱旋級彈道導彈核潛艇相同K-15核反應堆，滿以為這樣可以節省經費，但造成了『戴高樂』號性能上的重大缺憾──動力不足，總輸出僅76200軸馬力，在海試中『戴高樂』號跑出的最大航速僅25節，創下了二戰以後新造傳統起降航空母艦的最低速紀錄。

【綜合報導】中國江蘇省灌南縣一名41歲的趙姓女子，只因年僅7歲的繼女小蝴蝶不肯喊自己一聲「媽媽」，竟狠心把她的頭按進水中，活活把她淹死，日前趙女則因涉嫌故意殺人罪被逮捕。

事發於今年6月6日，小蝴蝶放學回家後在水塘玩水，她高聲呼叫「媽媽」，趙女聽到後問她是否在叫自己，但小蝴蝶說「不是，是在叫親媽媽，我還有親媽媽」。趙女聽後極度憤怒，將她按進水裏讓小蝴蝶活活淹死。趙女到案時辯稱小蝴蝶是自己失足掉入池中，自己只是來不及救她，但當地警方驗屍後，發現小蝴蝶頸上有外力傷痕，趙女才供認殺害小蝴蝶。

41歲的趙女2011年跟小蝴蝶的父親再婚。因小蝴蝶跟生母容貌相似，趙女仇視她已久。小蝴蝶不肯叫自己做媽媽，令她情緒失控，成為殺人導火線。
