【戴安瑋／台北報導】潭美及康芮颱風來襲重創台灣農業，農委會發布最新農業損失統計，達4億4456萬元，其中落花生、2期水稻、玉米、番茄及木瓜等農業損失達3億1707萬元最多，其次是雞死亡43萬6千多隻、鵝2萬4千多隻及豬3萬2千頭，估計損失金額6552萬元。農損最嚴重的縣市是雲林縣達1億5534萬餘元、嘉義1億5362萬餘元。

農委會說，雲林縣、嘉義縣可依「農業天然災害救助辦法」辦理低利貸款。

【大紀元2013年09月02日訊】（大紀元記者陳怡蓮綜合報導）在持續5天的公開庭審中，薄熙來對其所有的指控及證人的證言，全盤抵賴、否認。但薄熙來在最後一天的庭審自辯中卻透露了中共內部對其渴望獲取中共最高權力的質疑；同時還透露其處置王立軍得到「上級六條指示」的敏感內容。網絡傳薄所稱的「上級」是中共中央政法委，而時任中央政法委書記的正是周永康。

薄熙來案最後庭審觸及「奪位攥權」

薄熙來案最大的核心內幕是活摘法輪功器官，及與周永康聯手的政變。這兩個核心內幕至今被中共掩蓋，怕公佈後導致專制政權倒台。但是政變這一消息，還是在庭審的最後一天被薄熙來自己提及。

薄熙來稱，他曾經寄給中共中央一封信，請求中央，「讓我繼續效力重慶。」同時，薄透露稱，黨內有人說他有「做總理之心」，「十七大以後，中央的人選其實已經確定，李克強同志任總理是確定的事情（被審判長打斷）。同時薄還稱黨內還有說法指，他想做中國的普京。

這個庭審的記錄因為太過敏感，遭到中共當局的刪除。流露在微博上的公開的記錄中並沒有這部份內容。

華府的中國問題專家石藏山說，「重慶事件後，薄熙來想要獲得中共最高權力的說法被曝光。薄在庭審期間說黨內有人說其想做中國普京，這才是薄熙來案涉及到的部份核心內幕。」

「六條指示」的上級被曝是周永康

在薄熙來案庭審的最後一天，被刪除的還有，「薄熙來一再強調基於上級指示」，即 「上級六條指示」等相關內容。

據《法廣網》消息，薄熙來案公審的現場旁聽者「老董」披露了薄熙來案5天庭審，官方「濟南中院」微博直播中許多刪去未披露的細節。

王立軍出逃成都美領館後，重慶市新聞辦微博以「休假式治療」作為搪塞，發佈王立軍的有關信息，薄熙來則稱這符合中央的「六條指示」。

被刪除的這部份筆錄寫道，「在同意出具王立軍虛假診斷證明的問題上，薄熙來一再強調是基與上級的指示。」

對此，檢方認為「在案證據證實，薄熙來同意出具虛假診斷證明在前，其所說的上級六條指示在後，而且，上級指示中沒有出具虛假診斷證明的要求。」

網絡還傳，這位旁聽者提供了「六條指示」中的一部份信息，薄認為給王立軍做虛假的醫療證明，是中央政法委六點指示之一，「以健康為由，用人道主義的名義，處理王立軍逃館事件」。是謹慎履行職責的表現。

《華爾街日報》8月26日報導認為，薄熙來當時是25個政治局委員之一，他的上級只有政治局常委。有中共高層內部人士說，薄熙來有來自某些最高領導人的強烈支持，特別是周永康，他當時監管警察，司法和中共情報部門。

周永康一直是薄熙來的後台

8月30日，香港英文《南華早報》引述消息人士稱，中共在最近結束的北戴河會議上敲定對周永康展開調查，矛頭指向周永康任職四川和在中石油期間的問題。習近平親自下令官員「徹查到底」。

報導稱，周永康被查所能引發的政治衝擊或比薄熙來案更大。

《美聯社》報導說，在一個腐敗猖獗的政治制度下，共產黨對高層官員發動的腐敗調查常常具有政治色彩。對高級官員貪腐的起訴被視為排擠那些在派系鬥爭中敗北的人的行動，而無需公開內鬥細節。

《外交家》報導表示，幾個月來一直有傳言和猜測說周永康將成為新領導人的目標。這開始於薄熙來的倒台，周永康是薄的後台。實際上，在導致薄熙來倒台的一系列事件發生之前，周永康被廣泛相信培植薄熙來作為他的接班人，接替他在常委的安全沙皇位置。

薄案核心 中共無法迴避

目前，中共局勢的震盪，都與當年江澤民鎮壓法輪功有關。1999年江澤民鎮壓法輪功後，無數法輪功學員迫害還致死，並出現了「人類歷史上從未有過的罪惡」--活摘法輪功學員的器官。

江澤民及迫害法輪功的血債幫，為了今後不被清算，迫害法輪功的急先鋒薄熙來是江澤民欽定的江派香火繼承人，為此周永康不但派王立軍去重慶打黑，江派人馬還在財力、物力、人力上大力支持薄熙來唱紅，暗中不斷輸血。薄熙來、周永康還先後五次在重慶、成都、北京秘密會見、密謀政變，商討如何在2014年取代習近平，以便在全國繼續維持對法輪功的鎮壓。

然而，人算不如天算。就在江派政變密謀實施一半的情況下，王立軍的出逃，牽扯出薄熙來、谷開來的罪行，令活摘器官這個反人類罪行再次曝光在人們眼前。

江澤民無法、也不可能與薄熙來案切割，薄案目前首要逮捕的涉案要犯就是現任中共中央政法委書記周永康和中共前任總書記江澤民。

【楊忠翰／台北報導】前天下午5時許，台北市重陽橋上有一名女子欲跳河，警方獲報趕往現場，來回搜尋卻未發現女子蹤影，只在橋上看到一張A4紙，寫著：「抗議司法不公，檢察官坦護加害人！」

警員在四周搜索，最後於橋墩下方發現34歲陳姓女子。陳女見警方上前，立即往河裡跳，警方伸手將她拉回橋上安撫，並通知家屬到場。
