民進黨「8年執政研討會」。

民進黨今（30）日舉行第二天「8年執政研討會」，前金管會主委施俊吉在「金融」場次提及，兩岸服貿協議開放大陸對台灣金控業持股最高可到10%，台灣開了一扇門，讓陸資可買下台灣16家金控包括中信金在內的8家，若台灣有一半的金控被陸資掌握經營權，「這是不是國家安全的問題？」他說，大陸買台灣比打台灣便宜，因此要特別小心！
施俊吉指出，台灣的16家金控業裡，有8家金控最大股東的持股不到10%，例如中信金，辜家的持股不到8%，而其他買不下來的，有些是國營，像台灣金控，100%由財政部持股。
至於陸資如何買台灣金控業？施俊吉表示，證卷交易法有所謂的公開收購，誰願意賣，誰要買，一登記就買得到，目前國內有38家銀行，依這樣的收購方式，很多銀行的股權屬於金控所有，買到金控等於買到銀行，約有13、14家銀行陸資可買走。
施俊吉認為，若台灣有一半的金控，陸資可買下並掌握經營權，「這是不是國家安全的問題？」他說，相較於大陸的金融業，台灣的金融業規模小。
施俊吉指出，業者想登陸投資，為了個人的利益，甚至為了自己銀行的利益，透過大陸向台灣的金管會要求把門開大一點，方便自己到大陸開拓事業，但這樣的個人利益，與整個產業利益及國家利益相互衝突。

為了懲罰敘利亞阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）政府用化學武器攻擊民眾，美國可能在近日對敘利亞動武。支持敘利亞政府的伊朗表示:「美國如果攻打敘利亞，我們就攻打以色列報復!」
在聯合國安理會中，阿塞德受到大陸與俄羅斯的支持，加上英國國會否決出兵提案，因此美軍可能獨自出兵，透過空襲方式摧毀敘利亞政治、軍事設施。
美國海軍官員表示，已有5艘神盾級驅逐艦已在敘國西部的東地中海就位待命，盟軍將於48小時內以數百枚戰斧飛彈狂轟敘國約50個軍事目標，包括6座機場。
不過，同為什葉派主政的伊朗卻不願看到敘利亞遭受攻擊，嗆聲表示:「如果美軍攻打敘利亞，將攻擊美國在中東的盟友以色列。」伊朗之所以護著敘利亞，包含二大原因；一是，不願看到敘利亞的遜尼派反抗軍出頭；二是，敘利亞位於地中海戰略要道上，伊朗不願看到美軍日後占領當地，建立親美政權。

由世新大學新聞傳播學院、中廣公司與新聞評議委員會合作製播的「新聞解碼」，30日與新聞評議委員會彭文正委員連線，從媒體對於颱風動態報導的問題，提醒閱聽人增強媒體識讀的能力，才能共同改變這個誇大不實的媒體生態。
針對氣象局日前罕見的公開批評部分媒體報導颱風動態的方式，認為容易誤導民眾，甚至防災單位而影響了預警判斷的部分，台大新聞所彭文正教授表示，主要的原因在於媒體工作人員，包含記者與主播的專業不足，以及特意誇大迎合市場喜歡重口味的趨勢。
彭文正教授認為，報導氣象的人不管是採訪的記者或者主播都應該被規範，甚至對於這些特殊專業的記者應有專業證照的制度，例如需取得多少學分的課，或者要經過考試或訓練才能去報導相關氣象或比較專業特殊的新聞。就像醫師、復建師在更新執照時，都需再去上足夠數量的課程，而這也是讓各行各業兢兢業業，與時俱進的去增加自己的專業的方式。
彭教授提到早期在自由主義瀰漫的情況之下，大家認為媒體應監督政府，政府不應管媒體，因此對於的證照、發照、管制都持反對的態度，但越來越多消息來源不正確、不明或專業不足的報導造成了許多人的傷害。彭教授強調，新聞如果是一個專業，就像醫生、會計室、律師、藥師都要考照一樣，記者更應在專業的課程或者訓練之下，取得證照或者執照，否則就會造成在某些專業資訊的報導上，記者在完全不懂又沒有背景下，製造並傳遞出錯誤的資訊。
除了記者專業不足之外，對於媒體人『新聞寧大勿小，寧爛勿缺，一個消息來源寧信勿疑』的錯誤心態，也是造成許多無辜人事物傷害的主要原因，就如同媽媽嘴事件，媒體的報導造成了股東名譽的受損。
最後，彭教授提醒，只有閱聽人對於這些常誇大不實的新聞，採取不看不買不聽不點閱的方式，才能去改變這個誇大不實的媒體生態。
