【大紀元2013年08月26日訊】（BBC報導）美國研究人員表示，服用可卡因能夠在數小時內改變大腦的構造，成為吸毒上癮的第一步。

《自然神經科學》（Nature Neuroscience）期刊發表的報告說，實驗顯示，讓動物服用可卡因後不久，與學習和記憶有關的新結構開始生長。

實驗表明，大腦發生變化最多的小白鼠顯示出對可卡因的更多偏好。

專家把這種情況形容為大腦「學習上癮」。

美國加州大學伯克萊分校和舊金山分校的研究小組尋找名為樹狀突棘的大腦微小細胞突起。

這些微小突起對記憶的形成有重要關係。

在哪個地點服用毒品或者服用毒品的環境對成癮起到重要作用。

在實驗中，小白鼠被允許自由探尋兩個不同的房間，每個房間都有不同的氣味和表面紋理。

一旦小白鼠挑了最喜歡的地方，它們在另一個房間被注射可卡因。

研究人員用一種激光顯微鏡觀測小白鼠大腦的樹樁突棘，當它們被注射可卡因的時候比注射水的時候其大腦產生更多突棘，顯示新的記憶在毒品刺激下產生。

第一次注射兩個小時之後可以檢測到不同之處。

加州大學伯克萊分校心理學與神經科學助理教授琳達·威爾布萊特表示，圖像提供了可卡因誘導新突棘的迅猛漲勢，而小白鼠的突棘越多就顯示它們對毒品的了解越多。

「這給我們提供了一個可能的機制，顯示服用毒品是如何讓使用者有進一步尋求毒品的行為」，她說。

威爾布萊特認為，這項研究顯示大腦是如何去學習和了解毒品的，讓人們對毒品上癮的原理有了堅實的理解，但是尚不清楚這一研究成果對研發治療有多大用處。
