2013宜蘭國際童玩藝術節24日產生第50萬名遊客！林哲瑋帶著妻子和兩個兒子才進入冬山河親水公園大門，就被工作人員告知幸運中獎了，一家四口感到十分意外與開心。縣政府秘書長陳鑫益連忙代表主辦單位送上總值約5萬元的賀禮，包括1本終身免費樂遊童玩節的護照。

第50萬名遊客出現在下午2點40分。來自台南市的林哲瑋夫婦與大兒子林裕翔、小兒子林裕皓，去年童玩節開幕就來玩過，今年為了避開人潮，趁著環島旅行的機會，一路從台東、花蓮玩上來，選在童玩節閉幕的前一天入園，沒想到中了大獎！

獎項包括：價值2萬9千多元的五星級酒店住宿券1張、SPA泡湯券1張、高爾夫球券6張、聲控導航機1台、行車紀錄器1台、萬用型車架一組、車用充電器1組、移動電源1組、保健食品3罐等。

38歲的林哲瑋是科技業的工程師。他表示，這是他長這麼大所得到的最大獎，希望以後會更幸運、獲得更大的獎。原本計畫星期天就要回家，因為在童玩節中大獎，正考慮要不要在宜蘭多玩一到兩天，並且參加閉幕活動。

去年童玩節共44天，總入園人數44萬1176人。今年的童玩節於7月6日開幕、為期51天的夏日盛會將於25日畫下句點，雖然遇到兩次颱風，主辦單位預估總人數約可達到52萬人。今年平日入園約8千至1萬人次，假日約為1萬5千至1萬7千人次；單日最高入園人數出現於開園後的第四個星期六，即7月27日的17961人。

大家好，小弟現年28歲， 私立前段大學財金碩士畢業已經三年（含當兵）， 過去第一份工作是民營銀行櫃檯存匯人員(1.5年)， 最近決定在家鄉台中重新開始。 考量未來發展，決定轉職財務人員為目標， 雖然瞭解會計跟財務是明顯不同的領域， 不過可惜的是１０４上有關中部財務缺， 好像還是偏好有過會計師事務所經歷的求職者， (頓時覺得很弱勢= =") 因此在小弟只有銀行存匯經驗以及一路走來都是念財務的背景下， 不知道大家是否可以針對我的自傳或者以下問題給我一點建議或指教？ 任何指教都非常樂意接受：） Q1：參考過版上TERIYAKI、rer429及OLDdaughter等幾位前輩建議， 　　已經盡量讓自傳具體化實例化，不過無奈字數還是破千(1092)， 　　所以如果要刪減的話，從哪邊著手會是比較好的選擇？ Q2：小弟碩士論文是探討風險管理中資本適足相關的議題， 　　明顯的跟財務工作有比較大的區隔， 　　因此碩畢在自傳中沒有強調到碩士論文會不會很奇怪？ Q3：參考科技版針對財務無經驗人員的薪資水平建議， 　　如果接到面試機會，以零經驗的新進同仁來說， 　　預期薪資開個33K～38K是否太高？ 以下為自傳，謝過大家了！！！ ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 　　您好，我是ＯＯＯ，台中人，為人主動積極，謹慎負責，且樂於整合資源， 協助他人解決問題。碩士畢業前夕，除已具備完善的會計基礎與財管學識，役畢 任職銀行存匯人員一年半的時間中，面對客戶多元需求與繁雜作業環境，並能練 就圓融的溝通協調能力與穩定的業務處理能力。 一、 工作經歷 1.ＸＸ銀行／存款櫃檯經辦／台外幣存匯往來、理財推廣與顧客需求等服務。 「零客訴服務品質」：在金融業經營模式同質化下，為穩定客源，平常除了保有 不定時彙整內外資源，以隨時滿足來客需求的習慣外，歧見產生時，並能致力落 實換位思考模式，以行動取代強權式回覆。久而久之，溝通技巧更加圓融以外， 服務品質也幾近「零客訴」。 以接洽不具地緣性之開戶客戶為例，針對同一婉拒行為，有別於直接拒絕方式， 吾多半會在業務經驗活用下，協同客戶討論相同預期的不同方案，以減少摩擦機 率，達成雙贏局面。 「壓力作業穩定度」：面對公司全能櫃員制度與客戶等候時間限制，身處平均來 客日日超過兩百的作業環境，月修正數不僅能長期控制於分行最低，達成作業與 服務品質的兼顧外，從中養成的抗壓性與穩定度也讓我在日後各種狀況下，行事 更為沉著穩固。 如去年某日下班時段，全行ATM無預警中斷，造成數位客戶因提款轉帳當機而大發 雷霆時，雖然第一時間無法取得資訊室回覆，但在異常下，仍不自亂陣腳，做好 客戶帳務問題協調，進而成功降低客訴機率。 二、求學歷程 「敬業處事態度」：專科至碩士時期，在強烈求知慾望與適性發展動機下，曾有 廣泛選修財會、統精、外語以及主動參與社團、幹部、工讀等經驗，生活豐富之 餘，不免因自我選擇帶來龐大事務壓力。即便如此，仍不忘學生本份，將學期成 績一路固守於平均八五以上，而大學碩士畢業之際也因如此盡責態度以優異成績 (累計GPA 3.9以上)榮獲模範生與學業優良等多項殊榮。 「整合能力養成」：在學經由不同學制，多次修習會計與財務管理的過程，奠定 吾於會計要素、方法、報表與公司投資、融資、評價等方面良好的基礎外，從中 透過統整雜亂無章數據到產出最適報表決策所培養的整合能力，也讓我在碩士論 文碰上文獻研讀、資料收集及實務佐證等問題時，能以流程圖表帶來更為嚴謹的 架構，而成果藉此也在具有實質貢獻的評論下受刊於風險管理學報。 三、動機期許 　　在對於數字管理深感興趣的背景下，過去藉由學習成果所樹立的成就感除了 令我更加確信未來將以財務管理做為職涯方向，面對財會單位防弊節流、開源興 利的重責大任，亦有自信自身扎實的財務背景輔以負責積極特質與溝通整合能力 ，能協助公司順應生命週期，做好數字經營管理。因此，誠摯地希望有機會能為 　貴公司帶來實質貢獻以外，工作之餘也不忘持續進修職位相關職能，以期為公 司帶來更大效益。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.212.118 ※ 編輯: yujen1985112 來自: 123.240.212.118 (08/24 23:50)
