【大紀元2013年11月25日訊】湖北黃岡中級法院裁定黃梅縣法院程序違法，二零一三年七月撤銷了黃梅縣法院對戴美霞的刑事判決，要黃梅縣法院「重新審理」。近日，有六百多名湖北、江西民眾簽名、按手印，要求黃梅縣法院立即無罪釋放戴美霞女士。這是繼半年前黃梅縣兩千多名民眾簽名聲援戴美霞之後的再一次民意展現。

四十二歲的戴美霞女士，湖北黃梅縣小池鎮塗嘴村人，曾身患多種疾病，修煉法輪功得到了康復。九九年後屢遭當地警察迫害，一家三口被逼迫到江西九江市謀生，現在家住九江市三中對面。

二零一二年五月十日早晨，戴美霞下樓過馬路準備買防盜門，突然遭到黃梅縣和九江市的蹲坑惡警綁架。兩天後，五月十二日，黃梅公安惡警把美霞劫持到「湖北省法制教育所（洗腦班），酷刑折磨八十八天。

二零一三年三月二十五日上午，黃梅縣法院對戴美霞非法開庭，來自北京、廣州兩位正義律師從法律角度闡明《憲法》賦予公民信仰、言論自由，戴美霞信仰法輪功合法，要求法庭無罪釋放。庭審中，一法官當場昏迷倒地，令在場法庭人員驚恐不已！可黃梅縣法院不顧上天的警示，強行誣判戴美霞五年。

戴美霞上訴到黃岡中級法院。二零一三年七月，黃岡中級法院裁定黃梅縣法院程序違法，撤銷了對戴美霞的刑事判決，要黃梅縣法院「重新審理」。

戴美霞被非法關押在黃梅縣看守所已經一年六個月了。

【朱正庭／台北報導】全家便利商店今正式對外發表自有品牌「FamilyMart collection」，業者表示首波商品達200款，涵蓋飲料、餅乾零食、泡麵、冰品、日用品等12大品類，預估明年品項將再增2成5，主打高CP值，估自有品牌商品可挹注營收25億元。明起推指定商品嚐鮮價，優惠約8~9折。

業者表示，相較於多數通路自有品牌鎖定低價路線，全家以高CP值為核心，像引進日本「全家」商品，為消費者創造生活的小奢華，如去年4月中旬首度引進日本原裝進口5款餅乾零食，目前架上已有超過20款日本『全家』進口的餅乾零食，11月底前還有新品上市。

另全家超商也推出獨創商品，像新鮮屋規格翡翠檸檬茶。此外，看準單身、類單身的生活型態，也推出全台獨家滷味罐頭下酒菜，如精燉牛肚罐頭，包裝則延續日式簡約、乾淨設計風格。
