松（土反）桃李近日被醫師診斷罹患肺炎需要靜養，但工作依然滾滾來，除明年確定首度接拍NHK大河劇《軍師官兵衛》，與岡田准一演美男父子檔，今年更接演真人版《科學小飛俠》，飾演全片靈魂人物「鐵雄」，將與近期竄紅、於片中飾演「珍珍」的剛力彩芽有曖昧情。
《科學小飛俠》動畫自1972年10月於日本播映，才播４集就締造25.5％的收視率。全系列共105集，最高收視率高達26.5％。1977年，動畫引進台灣，播同名主題曲〈科學小飛俠〉，其中的「飛呀~飛呀~小飛俠」歌詞，成家喻戶曉的卡通歌曲，也是五、六年級生的美好回憶。
全片集結「大明」綾野剛、「阿丁」濱田龍臣、「阿龍」鈴木亮平共同主演，由曾執導《家政婦女王》、《極道鮮師》的佐藤東彌執導，９月13日在台上映。最新消息，可上官方部落格（beesfactory.pixnet.net/blog）與臉書粉絲團（www.facebook.com/beesfactory）查詢。

租屋處有個五斗櫃 印象中把他全部拆開時是沒有縫的 可是不知道為什麼清洗完放回去後 抽屜和抽屜間都有縫了 所有組合我都試過了 且抽屜的大小都是一樣的 不知為啥 換了好幾個人裝也都是同樣的結果 究竟是什麼原因會造成這樣的結果呢？ -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.32.140

【綜合報導】美國德州3日發生一起致命車禍意外，有一架大貨車衝破公路的護欄，直飛到下面的公路路上，貨車撞地後著火自燃，司機當場死亡。
德州公路管理局6日也公布了意外的監視錄影畫面，只見這輛大貨車在當天下午4點半時衝出公路的護欄發生意外，落地後車頭起火燃燒，造成59歲的司機當場死亡，警方還在調查事發原因。

| 中低階智慧機 封測成長要角

(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北10日電)觀察第3季半導體主要封測台廠的成長動能，中低階智慧型手機和平板電腦扮演關鍵角色；部分封測台廠也擴大今年資本支出規模，因應相關產能需求。
觀察下半年主要封裝測試台廠成長動能，智慧型手機和平板電腦依舊扮演火車頭角色，根據市調機構預估，今年智慧型手機市場規模將近9.6億支，較去年成長3成以上；平板電腦市場規模將近2億台，可望年增7成。
但從主要封測台廠近期法說會，展望第3季應用趨勢來看，高階智慧型手機市場需求相對趨緩，中低階智慧型手機和中國大陸低價白牌平板電腦產品，成為封測台廠第3季成長關鍵動能。
矽品董事長林文伯便指出，由中國大陸帶領的低階智慧型手機風潮，將是今年和未來幾年智慧型手機的消費主要趨勢；今年智慧型手機和平板電腦出貨量，仍有相當大的成長空間。
林文伯表示，總體來看，低價趨勢可帶出更多總量，智慧型手機和平板電腦終端產品利潤雖然趨薄，但銷售數量可增多，半導體市場可望繼續成長。
不過林文伯指出，智慧型手機和平板電腦有成長量，但價格不太好，仍呈現「有量沒有價」的情況。
華東總經理于鴻祺預估，下半年中低階智慧型手機市場，可望挹注下半年記憶體封測表現；整體智慧型手機應用封測量可持續增加，中低階智慧型手機應用記憶體封測量，可彌補高階智慧型手機趨緩的趨勢。
日月光財務長董宏思表示，第3季智慧型手機、平板電腦和消費電子產品市場成長相對趨緩，但差距不大，第3季晶片後段封測營收成長幅度相對較小。
力成董事長蔡篤恭指出，下半年有新終端機種陸續問世，中低階智慧型手機銷售量增加，行動記憶體庫存消化已差不多，下半年行動記憶體需求會不錯。
同欣電總經理呂紹萍也指出，在影像感測IC部分，的確高階智慧型手機市場需求並未如以往強勁，不過中低階智慧型手機需求成長續強，可支撐影像感測IC出貨。
儘管部分高階智慧型手機需求趨緩，不過第3季底蘋果(Apple)新一代iPhone和低價iPhone手機即將問世，相關供應鏈開始在7月中旬後陸續出貨，可望間接帶動部分封測台廠拉貨力道。
林文伯預估，第3季知名國際品牌大廠將陸續推出智慧型手機和平板新機種，加上遊戲機開始出貨，對第4季半導體出貨應有正面影響；下半年高階封測產能將供不應求，第4季半導體出貨仍有正面發展。
因應下半年封測產能需求，部分封測台廠也擴充下半年資本支出。
矽品第3季持續擴充打線機台、凸塊晶圓、晶片尺寸覆晶封裝(FC-CSP)和球閘陣列覆晶封裝(FC-BGA)產能；矽品指出，FC-CSP封裝產品將是下半年主要成長動能。
力成今年資本支出規模，將從原先預估的新台幣70億元，提高到80億元，因應快閃記憶體封測和新技術擴廠需求。
華東今年資本支出規模，將從12億元提高到20億元，下半年持續提高特殊型記憶體(Specialty)比重，擴大在通訊、消費型電子、工業和車用的多樣性產品比重。
整體觀察，目前高階智慧型手機需求趨緩，中低階智慧手機下半年出貨持續看增，可彌補高階智慧機需求動能趨緩的空缺，半導體封測需求量可持續成長；中低階智慧機也會用到高階封測產品，第3季主要封測台廠業績表現，可相對正向看待。1020810
