想向大家請教一個旅遊中的行為問題。今天看到了台灣聯合報的一篇報導：

來源是最近釋出的中國遊客羅浮宮泡腳照片，不過從下面圖文中，可以發現不只中國人，根本一大堆外國人含許多西方人（不敢確定有沒有法國人）在羅浮宮泡腳：

這篇沒有要批評任何一個族群旅客或任何個別旅人的意思，我只是很好奇，有沒有人知道水池泡腳觸犯了什麼法規或著約定俗成的禮儀？我自己是絕不會去泡腳的，但我也在思索指責這些泡腳遊客的正當性，因為在七八月的歐洲，許多其他地方處處可見泡腳遊客

包括在紀念性廣場上，譬如倫敦 Trafalgar Square，National Gallery 前面

甚至包括在博物館中庭也有，譬如維也納的 MuseumsQuartier

當然每個公家機關或私人機構的領域內，都可以有自己的規定，說不定羅浮宮有規定不准或請勿在水池泡腳？如果有知道的棧友麻煩分享給我們知道。

但假若其實並沒有這個規定，而只是有些人或許多人主觀上覺得在羅浮宮中庭水池泡腳傷風敗俗，那我就好奇了：為什麼在歐洲別國公共空間、甚至別國的博物館前或博物館中庭泡腳、甚至在羅浮宮中庭水池西方人泡腳，就沒有被批評為傷風敗俗呢？有哪些因素呢？譬如國情或場合？

純粹討論，請教大家的看法。
