【綜合報導】位於中國浙江的杭州西湖素有「人間天堂」之美譽，近日卻淪為遊客的「洗腳池」，大煞風景。

　七月二十三日，衛生福利部盛大揭牌，總統馬英九親臨致詞，好不熱鬧！但有些抗議民眾就是不賞臉，在總統座車經過時，政大地政系徐世榮教授高呼「今天拆大埔，明天拆政府！」大聲抗議。今天乃是大喜之日，這種不禮貌的聲音怎麼可以讓尊貴的總統聽到呢？於是警方一擁而上，將徐教授逮捕帶回。近年來，警方的作為可說是越來越懂得上體聖意，對於國民黨政府的示威抗議就強力彈壓，對行政機關的示威則是輕輕放過，還幫忙指揮交通。說穿了，不就是為了加官晉爵，但是，警方真的依法行政了嘛？

　警方宣稱依公共危險罪逮捕徐教授，殊不知這只是警方欺騙人民的手段。公共危險罪乃刑法第二編第十一章的名稱，具體的條文從第173至194條規定了導致公共危險的各種情狀。警察本身作為專業人員，對於其所執行之業務應該瞭如指掌，於逮捕嫌犯時，告知所觸犯之罪名、法條依據始不違背「法治國原則」、「依法行政原則」的期待。今天警方恣意以抽象的「公共危險罪」濫權逮捕徐教授，不但凸顯第一線員警不諳法律，完全不適任其職務，更證明警察訓練背離實際需要，與人權保護的方向背道而馳！枉顧政府近年大力宣傳「公民與政治權利國際公約」的簽署，警方之作為與該公約第九條對於人身自由的保護差之千里！

　對此，警政署應立即做全面而深入檢討，署長更應承擔責任，向國人致歉！大同分局分局長亦應負起行政責任，檢察官也應介入追訴執行員警所涉嫌觸犯的刑法第125條濫權逮捕罪！社會各界也應對之譴責，否則警備總部的復辟指日可待！

【綜合報導】日前在美國加州莫羅灣(Morro Bay)，2名男子潛水時，遇上了2條正在捕食的座頭鯨，只差一點，他們就會被「鯨吞」。

事發在當地時間周二(16日)，2人下水的時候，2條約40噸重的座頭鯨，正在距離400公尺外覓食，他們希望在水中拍攝座頭鯨，本來水底一片平靜。突然水中的沙丁魚開始亂竄，為了自身安全，2人打算游回船上，此時兩條座頭鯨卻猛然衝出水面，張開血盆大口捕食，毫釐之差他們便成為鯨魚的午餐。

經歷了生死一秒，2人急忙返回船上。整個過程由他們的朋友拍下，大家都大呼好險。
