【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】歐債危機餘波蕩漾，但美國億萬富豪、號稱「破產大王」的羅斯（Wibur Ross）卻大膽險中求富貴，繼2011年投資有問題的愛爾蘭銀行大賺，如今預備進軍西班牙，盼從西班牙銀行業重整再生中獲利。
羅斯指出，西班牙銀行重整雖未完成，但近3年努力已見成效。他說：「我們尚未決定收購資產或是投資銀行本身，但我們很有可能會在西班牙競標一些標的。」

我住最高層樓， 我套房正上方是一個冷氣冷卻塔，擁有者是1F約35坪的店家。 冷氣並非全天候運作， 但一旦開啟，其運作時的低頻嗡嗡聲讓住在其下的我不堪其擾。 冷卻塔廠牌是良機，非常老舊， 冷氣廠牌我不清楚。 請良機廠商來檢視過冷卻塔，廠商表示這機器的噪音就是這樣，很難再改善。 請問： 哪種情況會需要使用配付冷卻塔的冷氣？ （據我所知，大部分是中央空調系統在用冷卻塔。） 一個35坪的店面，若用分離式冷氣，應該也可行？ 我覺得分離式冷氣的室外機比冷卻塔安靜，也大多安裝在自己牆外， 不會像冷卻塔一樣遙遠的放在頂樓，發出巨大的震動聲影響住在最高層樓的鄰居啊。 因為該店家為某協會分會， 所以我希望能打電話請協會上層資助該分會淘汰掉舊系統，改裝分離式冷氣。 所以想先請教一下 分離式冷氣 與 冷卻塔式冷氣 的訴求差異。 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.168.89 ※ [本文轉錄自 E-appliance 看板 #1HtE30Zc ] ※ 編輯: ballII 來自: 118.160.168.89 (07/10 12:34)

 利基型產品給力 先進光電Q2營收創新高

光學鏡頭產品在光學觸控及體感感測領域的應用，都將成為光學元件廠新鉅科(3630-TW)、今國光(6209-TW)在2013年下半年業績表現的重要題材，而此一題材在第2季則由先進光電(3362-TW)搶到先機，第2季單月營收都站穩在1億元大關之上，單季營收並以3.5億元創新高。
法人估算先進光電其2013年第2季單季稅後盈餘也可望跟隨向上大幅攀升，在經濟規模的帶動之下，法人樂觀估算其2013年第2季的單季獲利將超越7000萬元，更進一步推升先進光電在2013年上半年稅後盈餘達到去年全年的8182萬元，每股稅後盈餘1.02元的水準。
先進光電2013年第2季的單月營收分別為4月的1.02億元、5月的1.23億元及6月的1.26億元，推升2013年第2季營收以3.5億元創下單季新高；同時，在光學鏡頭產品組在光學觸控及體感感測領域的應用及平板電腦、筆電前鏡頭進入HD時代，相對對於先進光電具有利基。
先進光電2013年6月營收1.26億元，較去年同月成長32.62%，累計2013年1-6月營收為5.66億元，年增率達到20.15%。
而新鉅科2013年6月營收為1.5億元較上月成長31.81%，其6月業績的成長並未如市場傳出的較5月成長5成，但在今年3月以來來新鉅科業績逐月走揚為不爭的事實，其6月營收並創下22個月來新高。
新鉅科2013年6月營收1.5億元，較去年同月的8340萬元成長79.44%；累計2013年1-6月營收6.16億元，較去年同期的5.19億元成長18.65%。新鉅科自2011年第4季以來已連續虧損6個季度，2013年第1季財報顯示稅後虧損5068萬元，每股稅後虧損0.58元。
而光學鏡頭廠商今國光預計在今年下半年對海外的的遊戲機廠商出貨鏡頭組產品。

| 誤認油門能控速 韓亞航機師釀墜機

【綜合報導】美國國家運輸安全委員會(NTSB)，今日繼續向韓亞航墜機事故3名肇事機師問話，一名機師表示，事發時誤以為油門系統會自動控制速度，可能因此導致著陸前航速過慢。
NTSB表示，當時指導機師在飛機降至離地150公尺時，發現飛機飛得太低，曾經作出修正。但機師又誤以為客機的自動油門系統，已設於時速253公里，但飛機降落時實際的速度，已降至時速190公里，可惜他太晚發現問題，未及將客機爬升，數秒後便撞向海堤。
當局將調查客機的自動油門，是否出現機件故障或人為失誤。

所以送asus維修，現在可以開機
但是開機後，螢幕仍然顯示無訊號
