標題[請問] 冷氣的冷卻塔很吵？

我住最高層樓， 我套房正上方是一個冷氣冷卻塔，擁有者是1F約35坪的店家。 冷氣並非全天候運作， 但一旦開啟，其運作時的低頻嗡嗡聲讓住在其下的我不堪其擾。 冷卻塔廠牌是良機，非常老舊， 冷氣廠牌我不清楚。 請良機廠商來檢視過冷卻塔，廠商表示這機器的噪音就是這樣，很難再改善。 請問： 哪種情況會需要使用配付冷卻塔的冷氣？ （據我所知，大部分是中央空調系統在用冷卻塔。） 一個35坪的店面，若用分離式冷氣，應該也可行？ 我覺得分離式冷氣的室外機比冷卻塔安靜，也大多安裝在自己牆外， 不會像冷卻塔一樣遙遠的放在頂樓，發出巨大的震動聲影響住在最高層樓的鄰居啊。 因為該店家為某協會分會， 所以我希望能打電話請協會上層資助該分會淘汰掉舊系統，改裝分離式冷氣。 所以想先請教一下 分離式冷氣 與 冷卻塔式冷氣 的訴求差異。 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.168.89 ※ [本文轉錄自 E-appliance 看板 #1HtE30Zc ] ※ 編輯: ballII 來自: 118.160.168.89 (07/10 12:34)
