| 解決不孕 藍委籲代理孕母法制化

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨立委江惠貞今召開《人工生殖法》修正草案討論會，考量在現有規範體系下，以微幅修法方式，讓不孕夫妻得以代孕方式孕育下一代。
和信醫院藥學進階教育中心主任陳昭姿以自身不孕為例，表達很多不孕夫妻對代孕者的渴望，但現行法令只為能生卻怕養的夫妻想辦法，卻從不願幫忙能養但不能生者，因此贊成修法開放。
前立委黃淑英卻認為，透過法制化只是讓代孕者成「一個提供子宮的路人」，而定型化契約將把生育變成「合約、有償行為」，分明是將女人身體商品化，何嘗不是一種歧視。此話一出，陳昭姿則嗆：「自己會生，就不覺得是問題啊！」

| 宏普6月營收2.14億元 股價黑翻紅

【劉曉霞／台北報導】上市建商宏普(2536)今天公布6月營收2.14億元，年增438.87%，累計上半年營收8.73億元，年增107.35%。宏普早盤一度翻黑，盤中受到6月營收表現亮眼激勵，由黑翻紅，在29.75元附近盤堅。
宏普日前公告，砸下11.12億元，以每坪61.2萬元的價格，買下淡海新市鎮1654坪土地，刷新淡海土地單價最高紀錄，這也是宏普首度轉戰新北市淡海新市鎮。
