【晏明強／台北報導】國共論壇（兩岸經貿文化論壇）將於10月26日、27日在廣西南寧登場，國民黨照例由國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄率團出席，共產黨則由新領導班子核心成員、全國政協主席俞正聲與會。國民黨代表團成員涵蓋政、產、官、學界，包括新黨主席郁慕明、人民最大黨主席許榮淑、親民黨秘書長秦金生、經建會副主委黃萬翔及鴻海集團董事長郭台銘等200餘人參加。

國民黨人士透露，去年國共論壇正值中國大陸高層權力交班，部份議題安排不免帶有試探意味的政治性，但今年論壇就完全沒有政治性議題，回歸論壇原本具有的經貿文化功能與角色。我方與會官員除黃萬翔外，還有教育部次長黃碧端，及陸委會文教處長華士傑等人，而黃萬翔也將在論壇中專題演講「推動兩岸經貿與文化合作方向與策略」。據了解，俞正聲將於25日晚間設宴歡迎吳伯雄等一行人，26日開幕式與27日閉幕式，吳伯雄與俞正聲也都會發表談話。

大統油品造假持續延燒，民進黨立委黃偉哲拿出資料，指出101年衛生署食品藥物管理局曾委託研究機構，調查市售包裝調合油標示是否符合基準，但結果卻發現25個品項中，除了大統油品之外，還有知名品牌「得意的一天」與大賣場家樂福，都出現標示不符的情況。

報告指出，「得意的一天多酚健康調和油」標示內容物為芥花油、葵花油、冷壓橄欖油，未標示大豆油成分，但經過檢驗後卻發現成分介於大豆油與芥花油中間，表示可能混摻大豆油。「得意的一天真誠實52%葡萄籽油健康調和油」標示含有52%葡萄籽、葵花油、芥花油、大豆油，但檢驗後卻顯示葡萄籽油的成分未達52%，必須進一步查核數據。此外，「家樂福蔬菜調和油」僅標示內容物為芥花油、葵花油，實際測試後卻發現是大豆油。

黃偉哲說，衛福部指出查四次查不出來，但為何研究學術機構一年前查得出來？為何當時衛生署未進一步分析？衛福部必須進一步說明。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】因電價漲致飼養成本提高，加上颱風減產，肉鵝傳出產地價每台斤漲至72元，創5年新高，市場買隻鵝逾800元，到鵝肉攤想吃全鵝，沒花1000元以上還吃不起。

《自由時報》報導，1名吳姓鵝農表示，台灣每年鵝肉市場約600萬隻，以往養殖肉鵝數量與需求量相當，今年康芮颱風大雨造成嘉義大林肉鵝重要產區嚴重減產，預估還有漲價空間。翁姓鵝農說，鵝肉價格1991年曾創每台斤80元天價，鵝價回穩後，2008年又達每台斤75元高檔，近年鵝肉價格大多維持每台斤45元到55元間，現在又衝到72元，令人咋舌。

以下抱怨文 請慎入 (車款已付清 等掛牌交車 昨天小弟 在逛口始口 業務打給我說 要付掛牌費跟強制險費用 請我可不可以 晚點過去給他現金 順便要拿身分證跟印章 $5500=4000+1500 我說就從訂金1萬那邊先扣(因為剛開始逛口始口而已@@ 他說他手邊沒錢 不能先扣...於是我還是過去 但後來要走 我也忘記要給他身分證和印章...○┬┐ 隔天業務打給我說 約今天中午12點休息時間來我家拿證件 趕要去領牌 就在剛剛12點06分 我打給他 說你人呢... 說人在在監理所....................... 我就說 你跟我約好 我也從公司趕回家 你有事 也打通電話告知ㄧ下 回覆說 請代辦要多付錢 我親自跑監理所不用 (此時超想罵3字經的 想說還沒交車 忍耐點好了 小弟本身也有問題 但業務態度真的很重要 謝謝看完@__@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.44.171

標題[問題] 引擎異音求助

各位先進，大家好， 因為小弟平常在國外工作，買了部二手的XTRAIL代步。 不過車子在兩天前開始在發動起步時，出現「低嚕嚕嚕」這樣的雜音， 車子待機時則不會，不過目前只有聲音，沒有發生過爆衝。 昨天送去給當地的廠商檢修（不是原廠），對方幫我換了機油， 可是毫無改善，廠商就說要把我的引擎整個拆開檢查， 需時兩週，而且光是工資就要跟我收五萬台幣。 小弟覺得太誇張，因此沒有同意，可是實在不想提心吊膽繼續這樣開車。 為了避免被當地人噱，所以想請問一下先進，這通常是什麼問題？ PS：我的車子之前發生過起步會抖動爆衝的情形，後來說是晶片有問題， 跟我收了兩萬多台幣換新的，說無法透過調校解決。 真的被這台二手車整慘了....
