今日出版的《自由時報》報導，國科會在民國100年委託台大農化系教授蘇南維的研究報告中指出，市售7種芝麻油樣品中，有4種混摻大豆油，混摻比率保守估計約31至44%。對此，國科會生物處處長裘正健昨日否認隱匿案情，並指出學者繳交成果報告可以勾選公開或不公開，研究者選擇不公開，國科會僅能規範繳交成果報告的行政程序。

●韓國，一個三星遠不夠

韓國網間充斥著指責、抨擊大企業行為的留言。但最近有一家韓國大企業竟然備受讚譽。這就是三星電子。僅朝鮮日報網上就有很多積極評論，如「政府和國有企業哪怕能趕上三星電子一半也行……(hero21**)」、「為這樣的企業是韓國企業而感到驕傲。要甩掉羡慕嫉妒恨的落後國弊病(hi**)」。

三星電子今年第三季度創下10.1兆韓元的營業利潤。這是歷史最佳季度業績，也是韓國企業前所未有的新紀錄。按照這種趨勢，三星電子今年的營業利潤將突破40兆韓元。去年營業利潤超過40兆韓元的企業只有四家，分別是美國、俄羅斯能源企業和中國國營銀行、美國蘋果公司，因此可以說三星電子將正式步入「全球五強企業」的行列。

另外，三星電子的手機營業利潤全球第一，產品品種達20多個，也居全球之首。三星電子的品牌價值列世界第9位，在非美國企業中居首位，高於日本豐田汽車（第10位）。

一、二十年前三星拼命效仿的很多跨國企業，現在開始反過來以三星為楷模。年銷售額超過200兆韓元的三星電子，其發展史已經成為世界著名管理學院不可或缺的研究主題。

雖然和谷歌、微軟(MS)等IT領域的競爭企業相比，軟體部門還很脆弱，而且遭到中國企業的猛烈追擊，不能掉以輕心，但三星電子的成功絕對是值得自豪的輝煌成就。

遺憾的是，除了三星電子之外，韓國經濟和企業不僅沒有增長反而萎縮，企業環境也日漸退步。20世紀80年代以後創立的熊津、泛泰、STX集團實際上已經退出歷史舞臺，企業家的挑戰精神幾乎消失殆盡。從地方中小城市到首爾，全國幾十萬名年輕人擠破腦袋也要參加「三星考試」、「現代汽車考試」等大企業入職考試和公務員考試，而日益冷卻的創業熱潮卻不見升溫跡象。

與此同時，政府、政界以及檢察機構都以經濟民主化為名，將企業和企業家視為「準罪犯」、「出氣筒」，對其嚴格管制並橫加指責，這種環境也給「創業意志」潑了一盆冷水。今年以證人身份出席定期國會的民間企業首席執行官（CEO）和老闆接近200人。

美國麻省理工學院（MIT）教授達隆·阿齊莫格魯表示：「韓國若想發展，還需要10個三星電子這樣的企業。」他指出，除了IT領域的三星電子，金融、綠色商業、文化、醫療等領域也應不斷湧現三星電子這樣的跨國企業。但從目前這種環境和經濟生態鏈來看，創建能使韓國經濟更強盛的「第二、第三個三星電子」無疑是癡人說夢。

新版的 Google 地圖 Android App 推出後少了很多以前的獨特功能，讓很多 Google 地圖真正的愛用者不滿，不過還好這些功能都慢慢的加回來了。就像很多自助旅行愛好者必備的「我的地圖」，現在也終於可以在 Android 中使用，透過手機打開自訂地圖並且即時導航。

什麼是「我的地圖」？就是可以在 Google 地圖上建立自己的專屬地點、路線規劃、地圖圖層，以旅行需求來看，透過自訂地圖功能可以建立像是：「我的最愛咖啡館地圖」、「我的港澳旅行計畫」、「我的日本旅行遊記」等等，而且還可以「和朋友互相分享」、「一起編輯」！應用層面很廣。

現在，「我的地圖」以全新面貌回歸！在電腦網頁端，「我的地圖」已經被我之前介紹過的「 Google Maps Engine Lite 」取代。而在 Android 手機端，則推出了對應的「 Google Maps Engine 」 App。

打開「 Google Maps Engine 」App ，點擊右上方的「資料夾」按鈕，就可以打開自己已經建立過，或是他人和我共享的自訂地圖清單，點擊某個地圖，就能立刻開始瀏覽。

打開我的自訂地圖後，就能依據上面建立好的地標、路線、各種資訊開始使用囉！如果是旅遊地圖需要導航，也可以點擊任何地點，開始使用 Google 的開車、大眾運輸、走路導航。

也很簡單，來到網頁版的「 Google Maps Engine 」，建立一個新地圖，在圖層的地方選擇「匯入」。

【大紀元2013年10月28日訊】（大紀元記者萬平綜合報導）敘利亞27日發生10次爆炸案，主要針對什葉派聚居區。伊拉克官員說星期日的爆炸案，在巴格達省造成致少41人死亡，在其它地區造成至少24人死亡，另有超過120人受傷。

安全和醫療官員說，這一波爆炸是針對什葉派穆斯林聚集區。

伊拉克遜尼派武裝份子經常針對什葉派人士攻擊，教派殺戮已達2008年以來最嚴重狀態，爆炸針對巴格達和巴格達附近地區。在巴格達北城的商業區沙阿卜（Shaab）破壞最嚴重，炸死至少5人，炸傷至少17人。

半島電視臺報導，官員說，27日在北部城市摩蘇爾（Mosul）一家銀行外，一群排隊領取薪資的士兵被汽車炸彈襲擊，炸死致少12人，另有20人受傷。

今年以來，教派間的流血衝突激增，使人們憂心伊拉克可能再次陷入激烈的遜尼派和什葉派衝突，兩教派間的衝突在2006-2007年時達到高峰，數以萬計的人死於教派衝突中。

政治分析家表示，執政的什葉派當局未能解決少數遜尼派穆斯林的不滿，包括政治打壓和安全部隊的鎮壓。

在教派暴力程度上升後，今年4月安全部隊突襲了一個伊拉克北部的遜尼派抗議陣營，殺死數十人。

雖然，當局已經作出一些讓步，如釋放囚犯和提高遜尼派反蓋達戰士的薪資，以安撫遜尼派的抗議者，但並未解決根本問題。

法新社根據安全和醫療機構的資源統計，10月份已經有超過600人被殺，今年年初至今已有超過5,300人被殺。

另外，一份月初由總部設在美國、加拿大和伊拉克的研究機構公佈的數據說，自2003年美國伊拉克戰爭以來，有近50萬人死亡。

伊拉克除了無法維護境內秩序外，也未能提供國民基本的基礎服務，如電力和清潔的水，官員又腐敗猖獗。

國會裡的政治對立已經癱瘓了政府行政，議會幾年來除爭吵，幾乎沒有通過什麼議案。

此外，敘利亞長期內戰也激化了周邊國家的教派衝突，如黎巴嫩北部城市的黎波里支持和反對敘利亞政府的兩派人士，自21日晚間爆發武裝衝突以來，截至27日已造成至少13人死亡、73人受傷。

紐約布魯克林區昨天深夜發生慘絕人寰的殺人案。一名來自大陸的新移民因為眼紅表哥一家幸福美滿，居然下手殺害表嫂與4名年幼的子女。

這名現年25歲、2004年到美國的嫌犯陳明東（音譯，Mingdong Chen）向警方表示，他之所以會痛下殺手，是因為看不慣表哥一家幸福美滿，認為他們擁有太多，所有人都過得比他好。

紐約市警局表示，嫌犯在警方逮捕時異常冷靜，即使看見被他殺害的小孩鮮血淋漓的移出凶宅，也面無表情。紐約警方已經以1起一級謀殺、4起二級謀殺罪名起訴這名兇嫌。

警方指出，這名嫌犯原先居住在芝加哥，約8到10天前，抵達紐約投靠卓姓（Zhuo）被害人一家。卓姓被害人一家除了夫妻兩人外，還有4名分別是9歲、7歲、5歲、和1歲半的四名子女。

警方表示，遭到殺害的表嫂昨晚事發前，曾試圖打電話給先生抱怨陳姓嫌犯行為詭異，但找不到人，只好打回大陸向母親訴苦。她的母親再打電話給住在布魯克林的媳婦，讓他們去看看狀況，卻只看到兇嫌全身是血來應門，其餘人已經慘遭毒手。

據了解，中國大陸駐紐約領事館人員透露，已經接獲遇害親屬致電求助，正在了解情況和盡量提供協助，女性死者及其丈夫分別來自福建和廣東。

綠委蕭美琴上午在立法院外交及國防委員會質詢時，指副總統吳敦義需動用特勤維安能量的公開行程數，遠高於馬總統，要求吳副總統應該節制，不要讓維安人員疲於奔命，甚至出現副總統夫人蔡令怡為爆發食用油混充劣油的大統長基剪綵。

但親近吳副總統的府方人士下午指出，吳敦義有很多公開行程，都是馬總統指派他代為出席的，如10月7日「阿公阿嬤動起來」、10月9日「產創成果頒獎」、10月19日「崇他社50週年慶」等。而吳敦義夫人蔡令怡為大統剪綵時為身份閣揆夫人，當時是應觀光局邀請，且時值總統立委大選，有數十位藍綠候選人及助選者都參加這個場合。

府方人士說，吳敦義下鄉是同區內分別拜訪，看似次數多但其實應算一個行程，府方人士形容，綠委的算法，對別人是統包，對吳敦義則是被以零售計算。吳敦義私下曾表示，所有勤務都取消最好，他最討厭交管維安。

最新「智能家居照明方案Hue」支援iOS及Android的Hue應用程式，除可利用智能電話或平板電腦遙控開關燈、喚醒起床等功能外，還可連繫IFTTT.com，燈光可因應當日天氣而變轉顏色，如晴朗即顯示白光等。

另外，可用手機的相片作為調色板，當手指指向相片某種顏色時，燈光亦同時轉為該顏色。家中有孩子的話，更可下載Hue的兒童電子書應用程式，小朋友翻閱電子書時，可以手指指向該圖畫的顏色，房間的燈光便會變為該圖畫的色調，Hue需要配合飛利浦出產的Hue LED燈飾、和專屬的無線路由器一併使用，每個路由器可同時連接50個Hue LED燈飾。
