找工作好辛苦 面試機會真的好少 最近有幸獲得第一家電話口頭OFFER 瑞儀光電 研發工程師 月新38000保障14個月 有可能16或更多 有分紅 但不確定多少 要加班 星期六有可能也要上班 主管 人資都說加班有加班費 但詳細情形有人可以說明一下嗎? 面試有考英文 考得還算可以 不難 面試主管說很缺人 所以我想這應該也是我很快就錄取的原因吧 本蛇高雄人 電子碩畢業 其實該公司跟我所學不太相關 請問板上該公司風氣如何 會很操嗎 是個值得去的公司嗎? 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.243.3 ※ 編輯: ctct0513 來自: 116.59.243.3 (07/09 19:38)
