俄羅斯砍美債、買黃金，國家金庫明年傳將增持

Thomson Reuters報導，隸屬俄羅斯財政部的金庫「Gokhran」在經過兩年的中斷之後準備重返當地市場買進黃金。消息人士透露，如果俄羅斯下議院(Duma)今秋同意修改相關法令的話，Gokhran將可在2014年再度出手買金。俄羅斯今年黃金產量預估將年增3.5%至233.8公噸。

成立於1920年的Gokhran在2009年時曾出售30公噸黃金(價值10億美元)給俄國央行以協助財政部填補預算赤字缺口。Gokhran的黃金總持有量是國家機密，其儲量是與俄國央行(3,200萬金衡盎司)分開計算。消息人士指出，Gokhran每年有能力買進7-10公噸(225,050-321,500金衡盎司)的黃金。

彭博社報導，國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)公布的數據顯示，俄羅斯今年5月增持黃金6.2公噸至996.2公噸、為連續第8個月加碼。俄羅斯目前是全球第七大黃金持有國，繼去年增持8.5%之後今年迄今又加碼了4%。

俄羅斯央行不畏金價重挫、持續買黃金，錢從哪裡來？美國財政部公布的數據顯示，俄羅斯持有美債餘額2013年4月底報1,511億美元、連續第2個月呈現縮減，餘額至少創2012年4月底以來新低。
