最簡單的就是
(1)蓮藕燉排骨，蓮藕挑成熟(老熟)的，煮出來的才會粉粉鬆鬆的，排骨嘛～挑有肉的，小排也行。 
(2)用灌塞些糯米入藕孔用布包紮，慢火用糖煮至熟爛～冰糖蓮藕，放涼了是一道上海甜點。
(3)如果嫩的藕，就切絲用炒的就行，(4)切薄片穿燙一下再酸漬，類似涼拌的也好吃。
