房市╱上半年推案激增38%　全年案量上修至1.2兆歷史新高

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕由於北台灣今年上半年推案量6,321億元，較去年激增38.2%，在政策面不再下重手打房，以及下半年建商推案維持上半年的推案熱度的前提下，住展雜誌將今年全年的推案量上修至1.2兆元的歷史新天量，上修幅度達2成。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/mXzftugfOxc" height="1" width="1"/>
