機車族前往台北市信義區看電影、看展覽、逛百貨，習慣把車停在緊鄰101大樓的A20基地，但因廣場開發淨空1400個停車格後，導致騎士四處流竄違停，在警方大力取締之下，民怨四起。
位在松廉路及松仁路間的A20停車場，旁邊就是影城，還有許多的餐館、百貨在周遭，是信義區最大的露天機車停車場，空地地上權已設定給南山人壽經營50年，將開發成複合式商業中心。
A20封閉後，民眾貪圖方便，直接把機車放在周遭的行人徒步區、人行道上，在警方強力取締之下，近3個月來已開出千餘張罰單，機車族怨聲載道，頻頻跟市議員反應。
停管處指出，區內基地開發時所衍生之停車需求，會要求建築物應自行吸納滿足，這一地區內公有及民營停車場共計有41處，提供汽車停車位12,332格及機車停車位10,703格，應可滿足民眾逛街、看展覽、看電影等停車需求，希望民眾能多加前往停車使用。
另外，停管處表示，已於A20周邊增設停車場指引標誌共10面，引導機車前往鄰近公有機車停車場停放。
至於信義計畫區內機車停車場之收費費率高於公有停車場，停管處呼籲業者調降費率，以吸納商圈消費民眾所衍生之停車需求。
