英國小王子命名喬治 澳洲送同名鱷魚

英國宣布小王子命名喬治後，澳洲北領地送他的禮物是一隻名為喬治的鱷魚寶寶。這隻鱷魚是在威廉夫婦宣布懷孕那天孵化的。

英國每日電訊報報導，澳洲北領地政府已成立「喬治皇家鱷魚」的臉書網頁，每年喬治在命名日都會收到卡片。

北領地行政長官吉爾斯稱，這隻鱷魚寶寶喬治將留在達爾文，但他鼓勵喬治王子和他的父母常到北領地參觀，並看望這隻鱷魚。

北領地不是第一次送鱷魚給英國王室，威廉王子和凱特也都獲贈鱷魚，且都與他們同名。
