洪案喚醒軍法重大改革　凌虐部屬移交司法

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死，換來軍法重大改革！國防部長高華柱昨與行政院政務委員羅瑩雪等，向總統馬英九提出「國軍人權改革報告」，會後羅瑩雪轉述馬英九指示，將分兩階段改革軍事審判制度，其中凌虐部屬罪移出軍法審判，外界共識最高，將督促立院盡快通過修法。朝野立委昨同意於下周一展開的臨時會快馬加鞭完成《軍事審判法》修法三讀。意即目前由軍事檢察署偵查中的洪仲丘案，屆時將適用新法，全部移到桃園地檢署擴大偵辦。
