台南男童割喉案 嫌一審判無期

去年12月，台南一家遊藝場內，發生方姓男童慘遭割喉案，曾姓嫌犯落網後，還嗆聲「殺一兩人不會被判死刑」，震驚社會，全案30日一審宣判，曾姓嫌犯被判處無期徒刑，家屬強烈譴責，這個結果不符合期待。

去年12月初，到遊藝場打電動的方姓男童，被嫌犯誘騙到洗手間內，隨即遭到割喉慘死，警方當天就抓到曾姓嫌犯，他落網時，竟然說是因為長期失業，找不到工作，乾脆吃牢飯，還揚言，在台灣殺一兩個人不會被判死刑。

這個案子在審理過程中，嫌犯的公設辯護人提出嫌犯有精神方面疾病的辯護，台南地院也特地請精神專科醫師協助進行鑑定，醫師就當庭表示，嫌犯雖然有輕微精神疾病，但不影響認知，殺人時是具有行為能力的，對於一審無期徒刑的判決結果，家屬也強烈譴責，無法接受。
