便民新措施 明起戶政機關可跨區通報服務

【王家俊／台北報導】內政部上午發布新聞稿說，8月1日起，民眾於戶政事務所辦理遷入、住址變更、出生日期更正、國民身分證統一編號及姓名變更、更正登記後，即可向戶政事務所臨櫃申請「戶籍資料異動跨機關通報服務」，由戶政事務所列印申請書交民眾確認並簽名，透過系統自動通報至財政部財政資訊中心及交通部公路總局。

此外，內政部已修正「不動產經紀營業員專業訓練機構團體認可辦法」及相關配套，現行不動產經紀營業員欲取得不動產經紀營業員資格者，除應完成30小時訓練時數外，8月1日起，並應通過專業訓練機構團體舉辦之測驗，有效提升不動產經紀業服務品質。
