軍事地院今晚再審理陳毅勳

國防部北部地方軍事法院發言人洪佳妙今天下午6時召開記者會，強調269旅戒護士陳毅勳「上官藉勢凌虐軍人致死」案，被告陳毅勳具保停止羈押裁定，發回地方軍事法院更審，合議庭於今天晚上9時30分開庭審理。

地方軍法院已電話通知陳毅勳本人，仍在聯繫告訴代理人中。
