陳鎮湘：是要求訂明凌虐定義 非擋修法

1985聯盟號召網友打電話抗議國民黨立委陳鎮湘阻擋軍事審判法修法，洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸上午赴立法院時，也直指陳鎮湘應向大家道歉。陳鎮湘則在洪慈庸拜會國民黨團時，特別出席澄清，強調自己支持修法，但站在專業立場要求應明確定義「凌虐」，否則恐影響國家安全。他舉例，像蛙人是嚴格訓練出來的第一流部隊，若被說是凌虐，就沒有人敢訓練，他的立場因此是希望修法要周延。
