關於電腦選項的模式?

電腦選項禮有3個模式選擇
1.平衡
2.省電
3.高效能

我常常切換平衡和省電模式.這樣是否會傷電腦的壽命呢?

玩遊戲時開平衡.看影片和待機情況下是開省電

想問我這樣是不是沒省到電

一直切換反而會傷電腦呢?
