台北地檢署偵辦雙子星開發案，6日晚間傳喚台北市財政局長邱大展，最後在漏夜複訊後，以100萬元交保。台北市發言人張其強表示，案情爆發後邱就多次向市長請辭，昨晚遭檢方約談雖未定案，但郝龍斌在考量財政局的業務不受影響情況下，同意邱大展請辭局長一職。

檢方懷疑，邱大展可能全程知曉雙星案引發爭議的來龍去脈，昨晚邱被移送北檢時，還一度洩氣的表示「反正我這輩子毀了」，又說「台灣沒有最有利標的條件」。

張其強表示，雙子星開發案爆發後，邱大展就多次向市長表達辭意，這次在量財政局的業務不受影響下，市長已同意邱大展請辭局長一職。

他還強調，市府尊重司法調查，更希望司法機關能夠毋枉毋縱、徹查到底，還原事實真相。
