記者康仁俊／台北報導 針對軍事審判法修法，國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池今（5）日表示，臨時會優先處理軍事審判法修法，至於核四公投案將暫不處理，民進黨團總召柯建銘則說，樂見「拿香跟拜」，如果國民黨承諾不處理核四公投案，明日就可以三讀通過軍審修法。 洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今日上午前往立法院拜會朝野黨團，表達希望速修軍事審判法的立場。 對於國民黨團傳出欲用軍審法綁核四公投，林鴻池表示，國民黨絕無此意，他強調，事有緩急，軍審檢討應優先處理，最快可以在明日三讀修法。 對於核四公投議題，林鴻池則說，公投案也很重要，這次臨時會先不處理核四公投案，但不排除舉行第三次臨時會處理。
