台灣遊艇公會今（12）日在民進黨立委林岱樺的安排，以及賦稅署副署長許慈美陪同下，拜會立院院長王金平，要求把遊艇業排除奢侈稅（特種貨物及勞務稅條例）課稅範圍。
台灣遊艇工業同業公會理事長呂佳陽指出，過去遊艇業的設限很多，在修法解禁後，遊艇業的發展才剛起步，卻天外飛來一筆奢侈稅，重擊遊艇產業。
呂佳陽強調，遊艇是消費性產品，不同於房市或土地炒作賺取價差現象，也不同於高級汽車、珠寶等進口奢侈品，不應戕害海洋產業發展。
另外，遊艇公會主張，遊艇是否要開徵奢侈稅，應先訂出「日出條款」以5年或10年為期，等自用遊艇達到一定艘數後，再檢討是否課徵奢侈稅。
林岱樺表示，台灣是海洋國家卻沒有海洋思維，政府要救悶經濟，卻採扼殺遊艇業者，顯示政府對救經濟的方法錯誤；同時，她要求賦稅署9月之前，能夠召開奢侈稅修法檢討。
許慈美回應說，一旦排除遊艇業開徵奢侈稅，擔心汽車也會要求比照辦理。據轉述，王金平接見業者代表時提及，對於遊艇公會的訴求，政府部門應該審慎評估。
