全國關廠工人連線今(13)日舉行「反司法壓迫大遊行」，約30名抗議民眾上午赴司法院舉牌抗議，認為司法只站在政府一方，籲政府勿以司法為工具來解決問題、以訟逼和。
16年前，聯福、東菱、福昌、耀元等關廠失業工人因資方惡性倒閉、領不到薪水，籌組全國關廠工人自救會展開多起抗議活動，最後終於獲得前勞委會主委許介圭，以「代墊求償」的方式，讓勞工來領取勞委會的貸款。
沒想到，這些勞工竟在去年陸續收到勞委會的追繳通知，要求償還原先的本金、利息及罰款；這樣的做法，也讓關廠工人大為不滿，認為權益遭到剝奪，再次展開後續抗爭。
關廠工人上午來到司法院，抗議司法在處理本案完全偏袒勞委會。台灣國際勞工協會研究員吳永毅表示，勞委會銷毀當年證據，很多地方都還有爭議，但法院竟在尚未釐清之前，就針對代位求償或貸款部分，出草率的判決。
此外，目前此案已進入開庭接斷，但不少法官卻疑似忽視勞委會當年未能提出完整的「貸款要點」相關文件，甚至不願傳喚16年前證人，完全是在護航勞委會。
吳永毅還拿國防部長楊念祖為例，強調他因抄襲論文下台，而審理關廠工人一案的不同法官，彼此的裁決如出一轍、剪剪貼貼，如此敷衍打混，居然什麼事都沒有。現場還有學生拿出電腦複製、貼上的標語，暗諷法官判案只會抄襲。
關廠工人連線要求，司法院不該放任各級法院和法官欺壓勞工和聲援者，變成勞委會的打手，也希望勞委會勿將司法當工具以訟逼和。
