總統馬英九「賀誼專案」到了巴拉圭，台北時間今（15）日上午9時30分與隨團媒體茶敘。總統此行成果豐碩，但面對核四案、漲電價、財政困窘、罷免等壓力，該如何處置，NOWnews.com《今日新聞》將為網路及行動通訊讀者即時報導。
總統結束紐約、海地行程後，當地時間13日深夜抵達巴拉圭巴京國際機場時，即將卸任的巴國總統佛朗哥（Luis Federico Franco Gomez）打破慣例，親自迎接。
巴拉圭位處南半球，14日清晨氣溫約攝氏10度，馬總統在飯店健身後，到附近慢跑。接著與佛朗哥共進早餐；結束後再赴新任總統卡提斯（Horacio Cartes）寓所，會晤卡提斯。

談到會晤過程，總統表示，卡提斯的想法正是中華民國希望的，所以希望兩國儘快地成立「互助委員會」，看哪些領域可以相互幫忙。例如巴拉圭能源非常豐沛，不但不需進口，還可以出口；巴國農產品包括牛肉、小麥、大豆，也希望有更多出口到台灣，政府正審慎考慮。 (接下一頁)
