張通榮案未過先爆 監委不滿

監察院二度彈劾基隆市長張通榮未過，引發各界爭議。有監委私下表示，彈劾文內容所列證據與外界想像有段落差，監委充分討論後，以不記名方式投票，最後結果就是未通過；並非外界認為張通榮應該要被彈劾，監院就要通過，該名監委甚至說，有部分資深監委對於此案尚未經充分討論，媒體就已大肆報導相當不滿。
