民進黨廢監院 三部曲

監察院亂象橫生，民進黨趁勢提出廢除監察院。對於黨籍立委主張提修憲案，廢監院，職權移至立法院，民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘認為，「門檻太高，困難度太大」，力主「一、監察院長王建?辭職；二、立法院下會期刪除監察院預算；三、馬英九總統明年6月不要提名監委。」

柯建銘說，修憲案不應只處理監院存廢，其他還包括修改中央政府體制等。他強調，監院的亂象是馬英九當年不行使同意權，讓監院空轉三年所致，馬要自己承擔後果。
