中央氣象局20日表示，輕度颱風潭美逼近，預定晚間8時30分發布陸上颱風警報，7級風暴風圈21日下午將觸及東北角和宜蘭。20日晚間部分地區已降下大雨。〔圖／中央社〕
政治中心／台北報導 潭美直撲台灣而來，氣象局今(20)日晚間8點30分正式發布海上陸上颱風警報，台北也於晚上9點50分宣布，明日全天停班停課。 根據氣象局晚間20點30分最新資料顯示，輕度颱風潭美目前位置在台北的東南東方約590公里的海面上，以每小時19轉23公里速度，向西北西進行，暴風圈正逐漸接近台灣東部海面，對北部海面、東北部海面及東南部海面將構成威脅。 至於發布超大豪雨警戒範圍，分別有宜蘭縣、台北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣。大豪雨區域：基隆市、新竹市、彰化縣、嘉義市、花蓮縣、台東縣。
