KKBOX一起聽通知設定？（２０點）

請問手機板的ＫＫＢＯＸ一起聽功能怎麼設定通知？
我的手機是安卓，只會在上方跳出關注台長上線
但不會有提示音，也沒有振動，所以經常漏掉通知
請問一下怎麼設定？
電腦版的也能設定成有通知聲的嗎？

找了很久都找不到方法，IOS的有通知聲
先說一下手機本身的音量設定都打開了
其他APP有通知的都會響，就是KKBOX沒有響
真的萬分需要，拜託了>_<
