標題[請問] 有關職業工會勞保問題

請問一下 家中長輩目前雖有工作,但是是領現金的 工作單位並未提供勞健保 所以就自行到外面的職業工會去保勞健保 我想問的是,最近我聽說如果未從事相關工作的人 去投保職業工會的勞保 未來勞退或是有值災的部分是無法領取的??!! 這是真的嗎?? 例如:投保水果職業公會的勞保, 一定要從事水果相關產業, 才能領勞退或是相關勞保的給付嗎?? 有這樣的事嗎?? 感謝版友回覆!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.221.159
