【短片】又傳僭建　11樓天台變私人泳池

【綜合報導】繼天台別墅、天台廟宇後，廣州海珠區雅郡花園，出現天台泳池！有居民反映，社區內一棟大樓樓頂違建泳池。

爆料民眾表示，位於11樓的天台，近日有人施工僭建，11樓樓板被打穿直達天台，天台內建有私人溫室和泳池。

城管表示前日已到現場查證，確認樓頂泳池為違建，並下發通知限期自行拆除，但業主仍未叫停工程。
