立委不該兼職律師執業？綠委贊成

法界研擬修正律師法，禁止民意代表執行律師職務，被視為是「賴素如條款」。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，雖然他本身也有執照，但他贊成這項作法，因為立委是民意代表，工作繁忙，不該再兼職，應專心將專業投入立法院。
