【戴之聖／基隆報導】經過上午3小時作業，基隆巨石已擊碎10%，經過1時休息，下午１時開始，北寧路山上很準時再傳出怪手碎石的巨大聲響，市府工務處表示，目前碎石作業情況相當順利，尚無使用膨脹劑的打算。
