延慧書庫 參考書回收再利用

新學期已開學，參考書調漲每本10元到20元不等，讓許多家長、學生大呼吃不消；台北市環保局回收舊參考書整理成「延慧書庫」，今年1月13日開幕來，已回收約7萬8589本書，索取兌換有1237人次，包括中學生587人、兌換1737本書；低收入戶及中低收入戶123人、兌換1151本書。

環保局表示，目前參考書藏書數量約為3081本，包含國中及高中，學生憑學生證，每月可免費索取3本舊書、低收入戶或中低收入戶憑相關證明文件，每月可免費索取10本舊書、一般民眾也可憑15顆電池兌換1本舊書。

延慧書庫建有參考書籍查詢功能，只要上台北市環保局再生家具網，即可查詢目前參考書籍的種類與數量（http://recycle.epb.taipei.gov.tw/furniture/）。
