王金平要公開抽籤　國民黨：拖延訴訟

【丁牧群、劉志原╱台北報導】王金平針對國民黨抗告案，要求高院公開抽籤，國民黨委任律師李永裕認為，這有拖延訴訟之嫌且是侮辱高院，因為且沒必要質疑法院公正性，王金平的律師許英傑則否認是拖延戰術，也沒有質疑法院，只是希望能比照其他重大案件公開進行。

國民黨委任律師陳明說，國民黨在假處分案中輸了，也沒有質疑過法院不公正，一切依程序抗告，他認為王金平的要求一點義意都沒有，李永裕更是認為，高院從來沒有對民事假處分抗告案公開抽籤，如果要這麼做，高院可能要再另訂辦法，會導致訴訟延宕。
