瑞薩取得15億美元的政府紓困金

日本晶片製造商瑞薩公司（Renesas），9月30日已從政府主導的基金和大客戶手上，收到1,500億日圓（15.3億美元）資金，將把這筆各方去年已承諾提供的資金，用於整頓公司。

豐田汽車（Toyota）、Panasonic及日產汽車（Nissan）等瑞薩八大客戶，透過第三方股票配置，提供逾120億日圓，其餘資金則由政府領導的基金提供。

受訂單銳減、以及來自三星等對手的激烈競爭衝擊，瑞薩營運一度陷入困境，去年12月從政府主導的基金獲得一線生機，以對抗私募股權業者KKR公司稍早的收購提議。
