前7月實質平均薪資 4年最低

行政院長說我們從2001以來加薪了16.5%，你相信嗎？
不知道是哪位幕僚提出的說法，把2001年陳菊擔任勞委會主委時的縮短工時，還有2005年開辦勞退新制的政績，都算在馬政府頭上了，變成是這幾年薪資大幅倒退的遁詞。不過，我並不想替扁政府說話，因為台灣薪資低落，確實就是政府帶頭搞出來的，而且藍綠都有份。
首先，是李登輝執政時代的教育部，1994年起，郭姓與吳姓部長任內大力推動「師資培育多元」，開辦教育學程與多所新大學以及技職院校升格，絲毫沒有注意到台灣人口已經出現少子化的問題。當這些新學校與學程的畢業生投入職場後，造成社會新鮮人起薪的第一次大幅摔落。
1999及2000年，大學畢業生起薪三萬五所在多有，台政清交成等知名大學較熱門科系畢業的四萬還算少，但到了2002年，這些新院校的大量大學畢業生投入職場，起薪瞬間跌至兩萬六至八左右。
當時我正在人力銀行任職，先後面試到兩個同班同學，兩位都是2001年某知名大學畢業的，一位畢業後直接進入職場，起薪三萬五；過了一年多，他的同學服完兵役後也來應徵，但起薪就只剩下兩萬八，而且，他的同學已經是個可以陪我一起面試新人的小主管了。
過多的大學製造出過多不合職場需要的大學畢業生，這是台灣起薪開始重摔的第一因素，也是最根本的因素。 (接下一頁)
