外傳國民黨第19次全國代表大會可能轉移到台中港區綜合體育館舉行，日前國、民兩黨搶著申請集會遊行路權，清水分局於今傍晚審查通過，11月7日到11日及11月14日到8日的路權，體育館附近的路權、合法集會遊行權利，確定由國民黨拿下。
